300 or 340? What size can I expect? Started by: princess76

I had my consultation yesterday and wanted to go from small 34B to C/D but preferably D. I was given 300 implant to look at and it looked ol but the 340 wasn’t available for comparison, so now I’m not sure if the 300 will be enough to get me to a D. I’m told I will have overs, but I don’t know if the 300s will be enough, as I’m not sure if the surgeon was going by the C cup I originally said. Any ideas what sort of size the 300s may give me as opposed to the 340s? I don’t want to be bigger than a D but I think one cup size isn’t enough for me to go through all this for. Also, I have no idea what type of implant it was so I don’t know what shape it will come out as, I want them to look natural but I don’t remember being asked that in the consultation. I don’t know if my build will make a difference, I’m a sz 14, 10.5 stone but am very pear shaped. Am booked in for November but until I make a decision the implants won’t be ordered.
Would love to have some advice as I am more confused now than before!
Def go for the biggest they offer hun. If you do a search you will see all the other hundred girls who went through the same dilemma lol and all chose bigger. There’s hardly any difference between those sizes, and fake breasts look a lot smaller than their natural counterparts, so if you’re asking for a D cup you will probably come out looking more of a C cup, although you’ll measure bigger if you follow? xx

0pI’m pretty similar stats- 10 stone 4 and a size 12 and 34a. I opted for 375cc anatomical unders to take me to what mr Fallahdar reckons will be a small D cup and I’m really happy with the results. I will post pics soon. Hope this was a little bit helpful. I would consider anatomical if a natural look is really important and then go with the biggest size you are offered- the surgeons are amazing and will know what will look good. I would not get too hung up on cup size as any of the girls will tell you it varies loads from person to person even with similar stats and same size implants xx
Thanks, that makes sense, and that’s what I’ve noticed with the other posts too, I felt like I didn’t get much of a choice and I think I’d rather come out a bit bigger than I asked for than too small, especially as I’ve heard they settle and can go down a bit. Thankyou so much!
It really will depend on each person, I know someone who had 260’s and got a DD?!! But then 300s who have achieved a D x

just if ur a size 14 and quite tall, i think maybe the 340s might be a bit small hun.
im a size 8 and 5ft7 and i have 380s and tbh i could have pulled off at least 460s.
sorry if u think am sounding nasty, just its a lot of money hun and personally i think u may need bigger than 340 to look a D cup with the stats u have said u are.

fairy, I wasn’t offered a choice, was just told 300 and that was that, so no idea what size implants I could go up to. I def need to go back as I don’t think I have enough info to be happy about what I am getting, I am thinking the 300s may be a bit small and as I’ve heard that the 340s won’t even make a real difference from the 340s I should probably speak to them again and check what other options there are. Thanks for the advice, what size did you go from and to?
It’s amazing how the implants vary in results from person to person, doesn’t make it easy to work anything out!!!

Hi hun, i went from a 32″ band with no cup, to a 32F/ff however i LOOK a dd max!
Maybe push for 380/410 hun. I dont want u to be disappointed!

I am starting to think 380 is nearer the mark now! I’ve been told I’m getting overs so I must have enough breast tissue to take the implants, I got the impression 300 was the smallest I would get for that sort of size but wasn’t really shown anything else properly, I’d rather come out a bit bigger than a bit smaller yhan planned!!! Fairy your pics look great, especially as you can see the post op progress, that’s given me much more perspective of what to expect afterwards as well. I have some pics from the internet of the sort of size/shape I want to be which weren’t looked at by my surgeon so I think I’ll go back and show him them as that way I will get what I want, just telling him might not be enough and I would be gutted if I didn’t end up with what I wanted! A picture speaks a thousand words and all that!!!
