300cc / 325cc HP Overs with intrinsic release – Dr Giannis

Hi everyone! I’m currently a 34A / 34AA, 5ft 1in 55kg and have been advised the above –

Surgery date booked for 17th December! I’m really excited and cannot wait to see my results. I’m very flat so slightly nervous of how long they will take to drop with the flat skin. Also of stretch marks. I also workout 6 days a week so will be very excited to get back into the gym ASAP given healthy recovery as it’ll drive me mad sitting at home haha!

Anyone with similar stats having a similar procedure done or already had done please get in touch and send pics! I’ll post my before pics closer to surgery time! Dee x

I was 32A & had 300/325cc HP overs 6 years ago! Im 5’5 & was also 55kg at the time of surgery I’m 32DD now! I wanted a nice natural result & I got that! My best advice is continue wearing your sports bra at night or as much as you can. Mine have barely changed since 18 months PO (when they settled completely)

I’ll attach some pics of before/ after. First pic was last week. I didn’t go with MYA xx

Hey Beth! Thanks so much for your reply, yours look absolutely amazing I really hope mine come out like yours haha! Really reassuring you don’t have any sign of stretch marks either! Your pre op pic didn’t come through by the looks of things as I can’t see it xx. P.s.. did you have yours done with MYA and which surgeon did you have? Thanks lovely! X

Yes no stretch marks! I didn’t have them done with MYA, I went with Harley Medical group however my surgeon was Dr Steven Thrush but he doesn’t work there anymore. He’s fab, he is a well known surgeon for breast reconstruction. He was sooo lovely! He dramatically exceeded my expectations, my gap was the size of my palm pe op! Xx
