300cc & Aerola Reduction with Dr Mileto – 28th November!

Hi All,
So, after 10 years of being unhappy with my figure, I’ve finally booked up for breast implants. I lost a lot of weight and dropped from a 36D to a 34A, plus I have larger than average nipples. I’ve booked with Dr Mileto and I’ve read a lot of positive comments about him on here.
Has anyone had the above procedure with him? Any advice? Opinions? Plus, if anyone has a before and after picture of the above, I’d absolutely adore to see them.
