300's over or 340's under

Hi,

I am having my op on 14th Oct with Mr Kazzazi. He gave me two options,i) 300’s to go over or ii) 340’s to go under the muscle. I am a 34A/ small B and want to achieve a C but do really want a natural look. My thoughts initially are the 300’s as I have a very small frame and don’t want to go too big but will they look stuck on over the muscle? I also heard over them muscle is much less painful!

Hello I had 340 under from very flat n mine look natural with a nice slope. I didn’t have any pain with unders what so ever. I thought it was gonna be 100% worst. I know everone I’d different but I seen a lot on here say it’s been better than they thought. Personally I like the look of unders better n wanted the natural look. Try n look at both pics n maybe ones that have had them for a longer time c if that helps with ur decision. If u want natural I’d say unders but by u seeing pics will help u in what YOU like xx

totally agree with gnats! I had 340 unders 2 weeks ago and no pain at all, just ached… Mr K uses drains which i think keeps the swelling down, therefore keeps the pain to a minimum. I think they look very natural under which is what i wanted.. love the natural slope

Thanks Pink! After coming on here I think even though I don’t want to go too big I am swaying towards the bigger implant but under the muscle. I’m only in for a day case now though, do they normally keep you in overnight if they do unders? x

not always because if you arent well enough or dont feel up to it, they wont let you go home. Simple as! I asked to be a daycase as it suited me better but ended up stopping in as it took me a while to come round from GA ( i was ok, just sleepy) so hadnt eaten or been to toliet by time i was suppose to be going home so there was no way they were letting me go. But to be honest, im glad i stopped over… there brilliant, beds are really comfy and your home for 10am next moring! xx
