320cc vs 350cc Ultra High Profile

Hi Ladies ,
on Saturday I was meeting my surgeon and I was measuring the implants for the first time.
I measured the size of 320cc and 350cc and in my opinion there is not much difference.I chose the 350cc size but I’m still thinking about it and I don’t know if this size will be too big for me, especially because I care about a natural look.
Im size 6/8 A/B .
Can you share your experience with me if you have any of these sizes of implants?

Hi hun, I got 300cc 11 days ago and they are perfect for me! I am petite (was a 28B, clothing size 4-6) so definitely wanted a more proportionate size and to be more natural looking. When I’ve seen pics of petite girls getting 400cc they don’t seem to sit right on them (looks like capsular contracture on a lot of them actually), get stretch marks, seem to have a lot more complications and longer healing time. So far I’ve had no complications and I’m healing exceptionally fast since I had under the muscle. All my swelling and bloating is gone too so will attach a picture for you. But on the other side, I’ve heard of lots of girls on these forums wishing they went bigger, yet also heard a lot saying they wish they went smaller! I went with my surgeons recommendation after he heard what I wanted, he said 300cc should give me a D cup and warned me if I go bigger it may cause my breasts to point down due to my small frame. But I think it really depends on the individual person! Try to find before and after pictures with similar breasts and frame to you to get a better idea.

Hey! I was a 30A to start with, after my consultation (I stressed the point that I wanted them to look natural!) I was told 320UHP implants would be the biggest implant I could have which would look most natural!

I had partial implants, I did experience a lot of discomfort, not pain just mainly muscle ache! But if you’re having unders/partials you’ll experience more pain/discomfort as it’s disrupting the muscles in your chest. Currently I’m just experiencing my boobs aching, almost like period boobs, nothing painful.

I did think at first they were huge! But that was just swelling, they’ve settled a lot and I couldn’t be more in love!!! I’d say go for the biggest, which would sound silly but if you’ve said a natural look is what you want, your surgeon will only suggest the best sizing and profile to suit that! At first my surgeon said 320 may be too big and not fit, so then he’d go for the next size down but I’m SO happy he managed to use the 320, they look even better than I imagined! 😊

Also every 100cc is roughly one cup size, 30cc honestly wouldn’t be a huge difference it may just project outwards a couple mm more than 320. But again it’s completely up to you!

I’m a size 8 normally and I’ll be 3 weeks post op on Saturday! I’ll attach a before photo and a photo from a few days ago 😊 (also my right side is still a little swollen so they look a little mismatched but this will settle over the next few weeks!)

Forgot to mention sorry, my sizing now is about 34C/32D.

I had my surgery almost 8 weeks ago.I’m size 6 ( or even 4 with some brands), and have average height (167). I don’t know what my bra size was before surgery as I always used stuffed 34c. I went for 320 unders as I had little breast tissue and also wanted a natural look. I’m now 34c( or can wear 32d but I’m more comfortable in 34c). Personally I feel I still have small boobs, but my hubby thinks they are really proportional. There is a little difference between 320 and 350 so I’m pretty sure even 350 would have looked natural on me.

Hi hun

I had my op last Monday and I was stuck between 300 or 325. I was adamant I was going to go for the 300cc as I didnt want them too big but on the day of the surgery my surgeon said he thinks 325 would be best!

I spent weeks and weeks looking at different pictures and trying to decide what size would be best and it was honestly sending me crazy. I would go with what your surgeon thinks would be best for the sort of look you want. But now I am really glad I didnt go with the 300cc in the end as I do think They would of been a bit too small.

it’s true browsing pictures and looking for different sizes drives you crazy 😀
in the size of 350cc I felt really great 🙂
I think that on the day of the operation I will talk to the surgeon again and he will dispel all my doubts 🙂
my biggest problem right now is the covid test I’m really scared of it…
if I may ask what pillow do you recommend to sleep after surgery?
and which of the Macom bras you recommend to choose?
I am delighted with your results after the surgery. ☺

Aww good.. go with your instict! My swelling has started to go down now and they have defo got quite a bit smaller.

I already had a U shape pregnancy pillow but I brought another small V pillow and I use both to sleep with.

I brought just the signature macom bra but to be honest I find it really uncomfortable, I have been using my marks and spencer one or asda ones more. The material of the Macom was rubbing and making my nipples really sore x

Could you send me picture which one bra do you have from marks and spencer ?
