Just wondering what size sports bras everyone got for post op? I’m currently 32A and getting 300cc overs, Dr Frati said that would take me to a D but I’m not sure whether to leave room for swelling? Do I go up a back size to 34 or cup size to DD? I’m going to take my rice sizers to try them on but I just wondered if any of you post op girls had any tips 🙂 thank youuuuu xxxxx
I broughy 32d, 32dd and 34d. I started out in 34d then 32dd and now im in 32d im 7 weeks post op tomorrow 🙂 xx
@staceeystubb ah thanks so much! any you reccommend in particular? I’m going to try M&S today and then online for asda maybe? Xxx
I brought the zip up ones from m&s and they are they only ones I brought 🙂 I never tried the rice sizer thing but I should give u a rough idea 🙂 ive seen people on here saying the shock absorber from debenhams is good xxx
@staceeystubb ah fab, thanks so much! I want to get a shock absorber but I’m going to wait until I can get measured for it! Xx
Hi babe I’m an AA cup having 500cc moderate. I’ve bought 32DD And E sports bras just to be safe x
I had 400cc implants from 32a/b and I’m wearing a 34dd shock absorber, I’ve bought others from asda and m and s but the shock abs tops them all of so comfy well worth the money! I’m day 8 post op now xxx
Well I bought twin pk from asda for £7 black and white, I had them on for a week then bought shock absorber one cos I had strapping on but had to take it off cos I was getting panick attacks and had blisters, but that was the only reason why I bought an expensive one, good luck with ur op Hun xx
I’ve got the Macom bra with the 30 back even though I’m technically a 32 (according to my surgeon) and that fits really nicely. I wear it all day. And I just have a plain Asda sports bra to sleep in. Was going to get measured for a shock absorber but didn’t want to spend so much money on all these sports bras. And I’ve been more than happy with my macom x
