I’m literally obsessing over size.. I’ve seen some girls that have had 450 and they look amazing and not too big.. I’ve seen others that look absolutely huge and I’m terrified! I’ve got quite a small frame (size 6-8) but I’m tall (5’ 7).. I’ve also had 3 children so have empty skin to fill! I’m going to book in to see my surgeon again as I’m so unsure but wondered if any 450 ladies could help me out.. this is me currently 🙈 x

Hi I’m 5ft 4 size 10 and had 450cc over. I’m only 4 days po and feel mine is huge. I’m really obsessing I have made a mistake and wish I went smaller. They are really swollen and high so hope they look smaller once settled. 😩

I was an empty 32A/30B (stretched skin not due to pregnancy but weight gain/ weight loss) and went for 350cc and they are absolutely massive lol. I wanted really big boobs and was upset my surgeon wouldn’t let me go bigger than 350 but as soon as they were in I was so g;lad I didnt go any bigger. I know a lot of people talk about boob greed on here but boob regret is also a big thing. i was just speaking to a girl on this forum who was the same pre op size as me who is now having a nightmare because she went for 400s (wanting big boobs) and they have come out way too big for her liking and unnatural looking. If you are a very slim frame, which you clearly are, I would defo go smaller than 450cc because you will have that hard line/edge on top. It’ll be impossible to blend it with little tissue, even going under the muscle can only do so much because if you look on google images, the chest muscle isn’t that thick. Not thick enough to blend the edges of a massive implant on a chest wall anyway xx

What size and look are you hoping for?
I think 450cc on your frame will be quite big but maybe thats what you want?
I had 450cc high profile and mine are between 32DD-E at the moment, but i am 5ft9 with broad shoulders and quite alot of muscle tone due to working with horses so they dont look too big for me at all. They obviously still are big but not silly big🙂
I feel like it depends on what shape/size your hoping for and would it bother you if they looked un natural? X

@zoeypxo I’m hoping to be a dd/e. I don’t mind if they’re slightly too big for my frame.. just don’t want to look ridiculous 🙈
This is the picture I showed my surgeon of my pregnancy boobs and told him I want back lol but don’t want to be much bigger than this. But if I go smaller and end up only being a c cup il be gutted. It’s so hard lol

I reckon a 375cc will probably get you there but if you don’t mind accidentally maybe turning out a little bigger, I would go for 400cc just to be safe. i don’t think you’d be able to avoid the harsh circular line at the top of your boobs if you went any bigger than that, but if you don’t mind that line or you quite like that look then you can go even bigger, but be prepared for very very big fake looking boobs lol xx

I think 400cc would get you to DD-E, are you going over or under the muscle?
If your happy for them to possibly be a bit on the too big side rather than the too small then go for 450 if thats what your happy with xx

Hey I’m similar stats size 6 5ft9 A cup pre op maybe less! I got 350cc and am 3 months post op and wearing a 30E at the moment was measured at 28g but there ridiculously hard to find in the shops and try on! 450 seems quite big for your frame but as others have said it depends what your after 🙂
