32A to achieve no bigger than a D cup – what size Implant?? please help

Had my appointment with Mr Traynor a couple of weeks ago, he offered me 4 sizes, 300, 340, 380 and 410 unders, I want to achieve no bigger than a small D sup (if a small D is at all possible!!….lol), I’m 5 ft 8, size 10-12 depending where I shop, I’m currently a 32A (disputable whether I fit an A cup though), still can’t decide what size implant to go for, I’m worried that I’ll be disappointed if I go for 340 and they are smaller than I expected, and if I go for 380 will they be miles bigger than I’d hoped. Has anyone had these size implants fitted and could anyone give me some advice which size would suit my frame. Any help at all would be appreciated.

heyy i was exact the same..terrified of going too big and worried bout being dissapointed! I was 32 a ..size 8 8st 3 and 5ft 3 so quite small, i asked for full C-D and i was offerd 345s but had loose skin and surgeon said i cud have 380 if i wanted, i knew i defo didnt but it played on my mind so i went for 365 inspiras..soooo glad! i wuda been dissapointed with any smaller! id reckon from ur stats 380 would be fine..theres hardly anythin inbetween sizes, put 40mls of water in a jug and thats the 40cc difference its tinyy so try not stress too much x ps this forum will drive u mad with all the different stats with girls who got same size implants, so jst trust ur surgeon x

i had 340 unders on friday. was a 34A. mine look huge right now… know they’re swollen… but, like you i was wanting the same kinda size. so far i am glad i went with 340.xx

I was a 32a I had 380:s now I’m 32E xx

Do you want to look or measure a D? I look a D from 32a and had 410 overs but measure bigger x

I’m about the same size and looking at getting 380 overs to achieve a D, seems about right but yeah, there’s an awful lot of info on here and sizing is very confusing!

I was an empty 34c had 240/260cc implants overs and an uplift. I’m now a dd/e. I am 5 ft 4 weighed 9stone and size 8

hi hun im 5ft 8 size 8/10 i had 410 unders, i was a 32a/aa currently measure a 32e but i look nowhere near that size, i still fit in all my old clothes, id go for the biggest you’ve been offered you want be dissapointed. x

go for the smallest babe i had 300cc unders on 30AAs which has taken me to a DD/E XX

Hey Chrissie, i was a 34a and had 380 unders and my surgeon told me i would be around a D cup. I will add you so you can check out the pics and see what you think size wise. Its still early days though for me so im sure they will continue to change over the next few months x

hi chrissy,u need to listen to ur surgeon. girls on here can give you a rough idea, however everyone is different for eg i had 380 unders and measure an 32f/ff, the beautiful nikki also measures a 30/32f/ff however i look a large C and she looks a full dd!

what i mean is it all depends on your body, not just ur before size.ask mr traynor and he will give you his honest opinion.

i am a size 8 and 5ft7″, i wish i had pushed mr traynor for bigger even though he said 380 max as mine dont look big at all!!

Hi i was a 34aa and had 260 under and now measure a 34d, i am 5ft 6 and weighed 9 and a half stone. Hope this helps. XX

I an really happy with them, having a ba is the best thing i have ever done, i was supposed to have 300cc but the surgeon couldnt fit them in, even though i am really happy with the results i do wonder what the 300 would have looked like.xx

Hey huni i was a 32A had 310overs and im now measuring a D/DD still got to go a few more weeks before i will no 100% what i am i only wanted a big C small D and im glad i didnt go any bigger on the day i was going to but i didnt – feel free to add me to have a look xx

I had 340 under from flat n I’m now a 30E but prob look a big C/small D maybe in clothes. I’m 5ft3, 8stone, size 10 on bottom, 8on top. I was offered 300 or 340 n took so long to decide (took till morning of op2 decide) U can add if u like to see my size n c what u think. Xx

Thanks for all your messages. Do I want to look like a D or measure a D cup is all new to me…… didn’t realise there was a difference, I do now, I think I want to look a D? (I actually just want to have boobs …lol). Thanks for all the friend invites as the pics have been very helpful, at the minute I’m leaning towards 380’s however like many of you have said ‘trust your surgeon’ and with Mr Traynor I know I can. I may ask to see him again for his opinion. My op is booked for the 7th Dec if anyone wants to add me as a friend please do so, it’s been so nice to talk to people who know exactly what it’s like having small boobies(or no boobies in my case!) and finally getting what, for years I’ve been wanting. Can’t thank you girls enough already and I haven’t even had my op yet!!
