32A to D? 365CC sillicone Over muscle?

Hi girlys, im currently a 34a/ 5’10 with a slim figure.

I had my final surgeon consultation two week ago but I dont want to book in case i look stupid, the surgeon told me I would be best to have the implants over the muscle so they will drop and look more natural (also coz i have very thin skin) im worried that they’ll drop too much and ill end up with some serious saggers! lol has anyone else had a breast implant over the muscle around this size? xx
