I got measured the day after my six week post op appt. Had bought a couple of DD bras which I now can’t use as they don’t fit! It’s a little naughty but I wore an underwired bra with the wire padded with cotton wool for a few hours on a night out before the 6 weeks and was fine. Mr Adamo told me that I didn’t have to wear a bra at all if I didn’t want to although I did wear a sports bra for the first 3 weeks. After my 6 week appt was told that I can wear any sort of bra now – have bought a non under-wired t-shirt bra for during the week and a couple of Freya plunge bras for the weekend and nights out

ahh i see, how long should i, leave it ill i get measured ? as iv ordered a few bras already and may need different sizes. alos do u think il be ok to wear a non wired normal bra at 4 weeks post op for a week end as i am going on hols and dont wanna wear sports bra, and will it be ok to go without a bra at all, ( backless dress ) xxxx

janwhitt, that is right about the bra sizing. The only issue is around wearing the right size underneath. I was wearing a 34DD bra and I told the lady who measured me she said that I have to wear a 30″ as a 34 isn’t giving my boobs or back any support at all. Since I’ve got the right size bra my boobs are so much better, less achy

Hi im 5’2 size 8 was 32b nw with 410cc implants wearing 32e – f bra although they look dd

i was a 34c but lost the fullness due to going the gym alot, im wearing 34dd and they are quite tight, but a 34e also fits lol, i had 380cc overs. xxx what about u jessolly

hey , i was told a 30ff, is the same as a 32e or a 34dd, is this correct , i was told if you go down a back size u up the cup size,, i have tried a 36dd bra and a 34e and they both fit the same . xx im only 10 days post op so prob to early to get measured proper ? x

I take back everything I said. Thought I was a DD but actually measured as a 30FF!!! OMG! X

lucy lu, my op’s on friday so will post my story with pics etc as soon as I can! I’m so excited too, although still can’t bloody decide on size, aaarrrgggghhh!!!!! lol! x

hi, im booked in 18th may with dr adamo at highgate and havin 410 partials. am currently 32b, size 8 and 5ft2/3. not sure wat size i will be as everyone seems to say diff. i did say to surgeon i wanted at least dd. has any one else had same as me? xxx

A little bit of boob greed to be honest :-p They are actually big but in proportion. Going out this weekend so will email some pics on Sunday. I love them!!!!!

I reckon you,ll end up a 34e upto a ff!!! for definate! 410cc is a good size! so you,ll def achive well above a dd! i was a 34b and only had 340cc and now a 32e! x

I’m a month post op today Gemz. It has flown by. They have settled loads, have lost the highness on my chest and they’ve softened up and look more natural. Wish I’d gone bigger!? You’ll get a fab size out of 410’s. Make sure you post some pics x

neeny – everyone is different and implants measure different to real boobs. Mine look around a D but wear . I dont regret having my 420/375 i’d have gone bigger! LOL!

hi girls, I’m booked in for ba on 14th may and still undecided between 380 or 410 unders. I’m a small 32b at the mo hoping to go to a d/dd, don’t really want to be any bigger. I’m 5’8 and a size 10 so not sure if my height will make a difference?!
Anyone similar height/build that have had similar implant sizes, be great to hear from you? Thank you x

hia, i was 32b ish pre op and had 420 & 375 partials i usually measure 32F, im 5,2/3 size 10 and they look great! (not too big)

hi dollybird……..so ur not much diff to me then im roughly same stats as you. yaayyyyyy 34dd sounds good i can cope with that lol!! saw ur pics before n they looked great…..bet they look even better now! how long ago was ur op again ive forgot? xx

Hey Gemz, I was a 34A, size 8 and 5’4 (just) and I had 410cc partials and am now measuring a 34DD/32E. My boobs have just started to drop and are fluffing too so I think I’m going to get an E minimum by the time they are settled. x
