32B to a 32F…

Any girls have a small 32B pre-op and wanted to go straight to a 32F?

Did any of you achieve that straight away, and what size implant did you have/would you suggest to achieve a 32F (with a natural slope)

Info/Personal experience would be lovely!

I’m just really worried that 460cc overs will be too big, and anything smaller would be too small and I’ll end up unhappy with the size.

Ohhh dear, I think I’m getting boob greed already… which is a horrible feeling! All I think about is this operation, and what will look good/bad on me, I just want them to be perfect

I think when you’re considering size, go for the Perfect Shape over the Perfect Size.

I was getting boob-greed and was dead-set on 525s, but actually, my surgeon put his foot down and said he’d give me no higher than 460 if I wanted the natural but full look, and ultimately, HE is the one that’s done thousands of BAs, not me, and he’ll be fully aware of possible outcomes and / or complications associated with larger sizes.

Trust your surgeon.

You’re right, but the problem is, so many surgeons suggest so many options.

I mean the first surgeon said the max I could go was 260cc unders, but the second surgeon said I could have 460cc overs if I wanted!! That’s a huge difference to me!!

It’s finding a surgeon first that’s the overall problem I think. They will all give you their honest opinions and they have all done it over and over and over, met a million girls with exactly the same looks/sizes in mind but each surgeon will suggest difference implant sizes and positions… it’s just picking the one you want or feel most comfortable with.

hi im having 460 overs on wednesday, im a 34B hoping to go to a 34E..

i was told by pc and surgeon theat 125-150 is one cup size so if i go with that then it should make me at least 3 times bigger. so that would be DD. i will be happy with DD/E.

What surgeon are you going with honey? I am seeing Dr Chantarasak next Saturday and although I am so excited… I am also nervous as I don’t think he will offer me very good implants as he prefers the natural look and I have quite a small frame. But fingers crossed!!

katyeelouu – When i went to see dr c he first offered me 340s which looked as though i was wearing a padded bra, im have 410s now so make sure u make him go up in size lol becoz he wil but he wil also say he’d not going ne bigger which is great. xxx

yeah he said id be having overs and high profile. im a small 34b atm but im on 5 ft 3 so dnt wna go to big and end up all boobs lol xxx

Yeah I’m 5’6/7” and a small 32B but I have quite a small frame, so I don’t think I need to go any bigger than 460cc, I would just like bigger boobs, so that I can wear a strapless dress without having to colour code a padded bra with it!! Do you know what I mean? I think I’m just getting a little boob greed, but it’s natural I suppose, it’s a lot of money to spend and this will be my first and last ba so I would like to get it right first time! Lol.

Ahhh only 5 days until my first consultation with MYA at the Bristol clinic! I am pretty excited! Fingers crossed that MR C offers me some good sized implants. I am taking pics with me anyways so that might make it easier to explain the look I have in mind

Hi All, just wanted to say I had 340 unders 8 weeks ago from a 32B and today I’ve had to buy a 32F

The lady that fitted me said it may be because my boobs are slightly bigger at the top than natural boobs would be so i need the extra size for the top part. Bear in mind though that i also fit 32DD and E depending on the store and bra shape!

I am 5’9 size 8-10 9 stone 2 but trying to get up to 9stone6 which is my normal weight, lost some before op when i came off the pill and having trouble getting it back! lol

As i said 32b pre op, after breast feeding two kids so a bit empty too, 340cc unders with Dr Chantrasak

Most stores i’m a large 32DD, sometimes an E but it really depends on the shape of the bra.

I love my boobs but that’s because i wanted to look very natural and not too big, they look huge sometimes though when i’m naked!

Also look big in vest tops and things but not big in jumpers, just nice and curvy!

Yeah I would just like some curve… a nice 32DD would be the perfect size for me. Because even though I have quite a small frame at size 6/8 bottom and top, I do have a shapely bum! Haha.

I would love mine to have a natural slope, but also wanting a 32DD they would have to be quite a lot bigger! So not entirely sure if they will look THAT natural lol.

I am taking some pics with me when I see Mr C on Saturday… some before and after pics of a girl on here (who was lovely enough to let me steal her pics!) and Emma Glover’s… her boobs are HUGE but I like the shape. Fingers crossed Mr C will understand what I’m looking to have

Sorry for the late response!

My surgeon is Mr Kazzazi (who I’m thrilled about) and he’d giving me 460 mhp unders this Sunday. Currently I’ve got a 32 back with 40 hips and 5″7 and 11 stone.

I think its all about your PC matching you up with a surgeon who’s preference is similar to your desires. Some are renowned for small natural and some specialise in BIG bouncy boobies

I think Mr Kazzazi is a sensible surgeon and id highly recommend him to anyone. Mr C however I think favours the smaller more natural look so I would expect him to offer you implants in the 300-340 range

When is your consult? Let us know how it goes!

I have heard Mr C likes the small natural implants, so I doubt he will offer me something that will achieve the look and size I would like. But I have left a message with my pc asking her what other surgeons take consultations at the Bristol clinic… never know, Mr C could look at the pics I have printed off and give me exactly what I want.

My consultation is this Saturday… 2 hour journey to Bristol to talk about boobies! Lol

Oh my! I hope the 2 hour journey is worth it and he gives you the size you want Did you travel to the Bristol clinic to see the other surgeons too? God I’ve been really lucky cause the Holborn clinic is close to where I work! Good luck!

Nuhh I only had to travel about half an hour to see the other surgeons, in Southampton! So that wasn’t too bad, but it was a different company and I really wanted to give MYA a chance even though the nearest clinic was 2 hours away! So hopefully it will all be worth it!

Lets just hope Mr C will listen to the look/size I would like and offer me something to achieve it, as opposed to saying ”No you can only have these!” like the first surgeon I saw did.. Lol. Otherwise I’ll be travelling back another two hours to see a different surgeon! Haha.

I had Dr C because i specified a small implant for a natural look, as it was I chose the largest he offered me and i think it’s perfect!

Hehe well at least you get to see other parts of England! Let us all know what he offers you x
