im a deflated b going with 340 overs it depends what height and size u are as im onlyh 5ft 1 and a size 6 so thats the max iv bein offered x

I told my surgeon i wanted to go to a full C/D and he reccomended 340 or 380 unders, and i did make it clear i wanted a natural look so i chose the 380s as il loose size once thier under the muscle and i tried the implants in a sports bra and thought it looked a good size to me but everyones body and preferences are different but hope this helps
