    Hi girls,
    Just wanting advice on sizes – I’m having my BA on the 1st of April with Mr Traynor and I know he is well known for the natural look which I am happy with but he has suggested 340cc under the muscle as I don’t have that much breast tissue but I really want to be about a DD and don’t know whether to ask for the 380cc instead even though he said these might look too fake on me. I think I could carry the 380cc – I am just under 5ft4, weigh just under 9 stone and size 8-10 (8 on top).I am currently about a 34A. My patient coordinator has ordered 340 and 380 as I asked her to but Mr Traynor has no appointments left to see anyone before next week so I will be asking him on the day.

    Anyone who has had their BA and had either 340 or 380 UNDERS – what size were you before and what size are you now?Also your height, weight etc?

    hey hun,

    i had 380cc overs and was 34a but i am taller at 5ft10, i prefered a slightly rounder look and thats what i have atm. i only had it sunday and atm am wearing a 34dd this may go down after swelling or some peeps have said they get bigger. i love mine but i did go with what was reccomended as they tend to know best. i was 9st 5 before hand and i am quite happy a stuck with overs even though i was very small becuase if i want more surgery fata kids or when i get older its more ideal to go under the muscle then.

    i had 340/380’s 15th dec with Mr T

    I am no a 32e in Debs and 32F in la senza

    i have unders too, 5ft 1 and weighed 8 and a half stone. 32aa

    I asked for a DD but ended up bigger, one thing i would say is go for the bigger option the surgeon has offered u. mr T may be worried about getting the implant in u if u get me, i know he was with me but on the morning of my surgery i just told him to make me as perfect as possible and i would like the bigger but i trust him to make the right decision. If i would of had the smaller then that was due to the bigger not fitting

    Thanks girls. The biggest size Mr Traynor wants me to have is 340 – Missyy – do you think there isn’t much difference between 340 and 380 then seen as though you had the different size in each boob or did you have one boob quite a lot bigger than the other?
    I might just say to him on the day that I want to be a good sized DD and to do what he thinks is best and then take the decision out of my hands.I just really don’t want to get the 340s and then end up with a C cup or small D as I know I’ll be disappointed.Arrrrrghhh it’s confusing!xxx

    Ihad 340cc overs the muscle, from a 34b and i measure a 32e, my friend was a 32a and had 340cc under the muscle and she now measures a large d! so i guess you,’ll end up a d-dd! but if you wanna be a dd for def, try and opt for the 380cc!!!! just say “i dont care about the fake look!!” and go for it!!.
    For some reason surgeons always want you tohave the smaller implant?? i was offerd 340,380 and 410cc, but cos i had uplift he wass only able to fit 340cc! i was a bit gutted, but i am happy now, as they look bigger, and ive achived a nice size, no too big not too small!! but def def blag him for the 380cc””” i wish i wud have blagged my surgeon, but im rubbish at it ha ha X
