    Heeey, im just wondering if anyone has any pics of 340 overs? My surgeon recommended overs but i just don’t want them to look fake! Can anyone tell me the difference between over and unders? And what do you think they will end up like (size) Im currently 32/34 A. Thanks :) x

    u have overs if u have enough breast tissue to fit the implant in, u have unders if u have no tissue.

    they wont look fake at all. i think u will look a full c x

    Hello hun,

    I had 340 overs a week ago. I’m putting up pics at lunch time today but if you want to have a look now i can email them to you?

    Unders are under the muscle and supposed to take more time to heal as more trauma to the body, the implant is squashed by the muscle as well so you will lose a little bit of the size too. Overs are over the muscle and are apparently a lot less painfull but there is more risk of capsular contracture and bottoming out with overs. so there are pros and cons for both.

    It’s difficult to tell, some girls end up an E from an A cup with 340s but i think most likely you’d be a full C. I’m wearing a D sports bra at the mo and i was an empty B before xx

    I feel fine, back at work today and walked here, takes me about 40minutes. I really haven’t had much pain at all, i was out on Saturday for a friend’s birthday and ended up staying out all night and that was only a week after! Just think i’ve been really lucky.

    Hi, l had 340’s over cause l had enough breast tissue. Not ready to put pics on yet cause only 3 days post op. l was 34b/C now 34DD well my sports bras anyway. xx Good luck. x
