id say go for the biggest your allowed hun and theres not that much difference between the 2 sizes. ull prob measure bigger with those sizes but will look about a c/d as fake boobs measure bigger.

i had 410 unders from a 32aa i was offered 460 but thought they’d be too big but wish id gone for it now coz when there in they dont look as big as when u tried them on in a sports bra pre-op.

Paula I’m 34 a my surgeon said to go to a full cup c small d hed give me 340cc I’m also having unders hope this helps x x

exact same stats! i had 340 unders from a 32A. I measure a 32E in La senza and a 32DD in M&S but i look more like a D. add me if you like hun.x

Definitely choose the biggest offered hun. There is less than half a cup size difference, and they look a lot smaller when in xx
