340cc or 380cc, unders or overs, confused.com

Hello,

I’m a size 8, 5.6, 34A… Mr Adamo has suggested 340cc or 380cc implant for me but is urging me to go for the 380cc as there’s not much difference. With the 340cc he can do over the muscle but 380cc he’s likely to need to go partially under.

I’ve heard that the recovery period with unders is longer and more painful but long term, the look is much better. Horror stories of muscles spasming and clinging on to the implants to make strange shapes etc are scaring the living daylights out of me.

Is anyone having the same dilemmas? My operation is on January 6th, but I’m so worried about the size and looking ridiculous that I’m struggling to get excited. A part of me thinks I should just go with Mr Adamo’s recommendation as I felt so comfortable with him and he’s the expert but not only that, if I’m not happy I have someone to blame

Any personal experiences, hints, tips, advice etc. that you think will help please let me know because I’m just so confused…

Mr Adamo did my op in August, and i had 380cc over the muscle, and couldn’t believe how great i felt straight after the op. I had never had a GA before, and really didn’t know what to expect, but i am so happy with my new boobs.
I’m 5’7″ a size 12 and was a small 36B
Now the proud owner of 36DDs :bigsmile:
He is a fab surgeon, and really is the expert, so don’t worry. There are lots of very happy Mr Adamo girls on here!!!

if i was you id go for the 380cc partials! as you will achieve a nice size! i was a 34b and had 340cc and now a 32e- 34dd, so i reckon you will come out about dd aswell.

i too am 5 foot 6 but a size 10-12, so id go for the 380cc, and dont worry about them being too big, as 340cc and 380cc dont look massive! they actually look very natural and average in size! check out my pics on sofem my username is janey22 and password boobies XX

hey hun i was a 34a and had 380cc unders 2 weeks ago. The implants look huge when you see them at the consultation but once theyre inside they dont look half as big! defs go with the 380ccs as i am so glad i didnt go smaller.x

Jacqui you are so right!! Mr Adamo knows his stuff and my best friend had a BA by him in April BUT she disregarded his 380cc recommendation and went for 340cc. Because she is shorter but a size 12 she thinks I’m going to look ridiculous with the 380cc implants. Hers were overs though and i think that by going under with the 380s, the difference will be minimal in terms of size but better in terms of more natural looking?!

Janey I can’t logon with those details unfortunately so not been able to see your pics! It’s so good to hear your positive outlook though, you seem so happy with the results and after the expenditure and the pain, that’s what you want so congratulations DD sounds like a huge jump from an A cup… First thing everyone says to me is “don’t go too big you’re too small” and I think hmph, best go with the small ones. But if I remove them from the equation and listen to what you have said, then I’d go with 380cc all they way.

Butterfly, have you had any issues with the muscles? By that I mean any weird spasms or feeling as though the muscles can’t/wont relax around the implant? What bra size are you now?

Keep them coming, I can feel the excitment setting in now ha ha.

I’m having my op on 6th jan with Mr Adamo aswell so may possibly see you there! I’m also having 380cc overs and also had doubts about whether that was the right size for me but it was what Mr Adamo recommended when he looked at me and I told him what I wanted so I figured it was best to go with what he said as he knows best!
How are you feeling about it, just over a week to go!? I’m getting a little bit nervous but also can’t wait! xxx

Defo go with 380s! Im 5ft5, size 8-10, and had 380 unders, and they luk great! They def wont luk 2big as ur taller than me so they’l luk great on u 2! U dnt wana b disapointed that ur nt big enough, afta all ur spendin alot of money on them!xx

I’ve decided to go for 380cc unders and I’m now so so so excited whoop whoop!!

Megan what’s your check in time, it might be nice to see each other before we go in. My mum’s coming with me but she’s quite anxious about the whole thing… I’m genuinely excited now. Every now and again fear sets in when I think about the pain we’ll be in afterwards and the fact that I can’t go to the gym for 6 weeks (I’m training for Kilimanjaro but have plenty of time so no biggy really). I work with mostly men as well and I’m a little concerned about their reactions when I return to work, but these are all small prices to pay for the years of happiness my two new bosom buddies will bring ha ha. We’ll be fine, in fact we’ll be better than fine… New year new boobs, what else could a girl want?!

Han, I’m certain that I want to go under the muscle having read stories on the forum and spoken with friends who have had BAs over and under. Did Mr Adamo do yours? Have yours dropped to a good position yet? I’m really worried they are going to be sat high up for months and months… It probably doesn’t look anywhere near as bad as I’m imagining either ha ha. If you could see the images I have in my head you’d laugh

my admission time is 9.30am, whats yours? my mums coming with me too, think shes a bit nervous about it all. iv got mixed emotions, excited and scared and bit worried about the pain! but definitly excited to finally have boobs! x

My admission time is 8:30am. My mum has said she promises not to stress me out on the day but just hopes I don’t come out with boobs like Amy Winehouse’s new ones

If I don’t see/ speak to you before then I hope everything goes well for you on Wednesday… I know it’s difficult but try not to be scared, keep focusing on the positive aspects of the experience.

good luck missy B. No i havent had any wierd muscle spasms or anything. If anything my ribs jus felt bruised and my nipples were so so sensitive and hot. But youll get that with unders or overs!!xx
