340xhp or 345hp soft touch..anyone have them????

I ve just come back from me seeing dr Kazzazi,we changed CUI to natrelle soft touch and now he offered:

345 high profile= 12.00 x 4.9

OR

340 extra high profile 11.25 x 5.5

UNDERS…dr Kazzazi recon extra high profle but im not too sure… so confused wanna look natural… please girls can u exchange Yours expirience with high and xhigh profile?
