34A with 500+ has anyone had this done?

Hiii, im new to this, i have my surgical consultation on wednesday and would just like to know if anyone has had over 500cc from a 34A? thankyouu xx

Its quite a big ask, as 500+ is a large implant and alot to ask of your skin.

Almost anything is possible, but you want the results to look good. Your consultation will answer all your questions, and all the implant sizes will be on hand.

Im having my op with Mr Traynor on 28th March and im currently a 34a and im having 525cc high profile overs. Apparently because ive got quite broad shoulders and big hips i would need a bigger implant for them to look in proportion, Mr Traynor also told me that they wont look fake at all as i have enough breast tissue there.

Which surgeon are u thinking of going with?

Hi, urm well my pc has told me to go with helena, so i dont know how that will effect the decision, yeah i have quite broad shoulders and wide hips too, so dont think she would totally dismiss the idea, its just that ive read about people that are going or gone with her and they havent had big implants or gone up as many sizes so im abit worried she wont let me have them. xx
