34A/B wanting a D… Anyone been there done that??

Hey ladies! I’ve had my consult at MYA and looking at booking in with Gary Traynor around Christmas! Just wondering if anyone has had a BA from an A/B cup to a D? If so, would anyone mind sharing their experiences, cc sizes, over/unders, profiles, recoveries, pics, results or feelings about their surgeon/procedure??? I wanna know as much as possible, already started saving and am super excited!

Hi, Kelly I’m 5days po, I had Gary traynor was a 34b had 525cc moderate profile unders. I asked to be a DD but will have to wait 6 weeks for official measurement . I have a few pics up. If you want to add me. My whole experience with mya has been amazing from Julie at Newcastle to the staff at first trust they were amazing. I love my new boobs. Recovery has been a million times better than I expected too. If you want to ask anything please feel free! X

Thanks Stephanie, just added you! Im at work now and seriously all I do is scroll through mya message boards! 5 days post op and already feeling good is another weight off my mind! I love hearing about people with great recoveries, though I know everyone is different! How have you found the mya aftercare program?

Brilliant so far I have my week check on Wednesday with beccy. And thankfully haven’t needed to call the after hours emergency line. I’m so happy I chose mya. X

See I dont get how laura started smaller with smaller cc and still a similar size? Anyone know why this is??

Also what post surgery bra did you girls use??

It depends a lot on your back size. As I am 32 back I dont need as much cc to go up a cup size as I would if I was a 34 back size, hope that makes sense.

I used macom straight after surgery coz just hav to order back size as they fit all cup sizes. Then a few days after surgery I got an m&s zip front sporrs bra, still wear it now and Im 3 months post op.

Hey babe. I was an a/tiny b. Wanted to be DD. I’m 6 weeks post op now & I’m a 32F. I had unders with Mr mounir but heard loads of good things about traynor aswel xx Stephanie i think u will end up much bigger than a DD as i only had 400 & i am. Glad 2 hear ur healing great!! Xx

I was a 32A/small B and had 260/290cc unders and now a 32DD/E.. even though she measured me and told me i was infact a 30EE/F!!! I would definitely go with what your surgeon has recommended. I listened to mine and am so happy that I decided to go that size and not the smaller one. Plus, everyone (to a certain extent) develops something called ‘boob greed’, where you find yourself wanting bigger once they are done! xxx

Thank you so much ladies you’ve all been a massive help! Can’t wait to find out if my temp job will be permanent, booking my BA will be my xmas treat to myself if thats the case! One more thing, I was only wanting to go as big as a D because I was worried I wouldn’t find nice bras in bigger sizes once healed, anyone had difficulty with that?

I’m booked in with Mr Traynor on 12th August having 400 cc overs I’m currently a 34 small B I’m now worried that this size is gonna be too big as I only want to be a D- DD max! Help! Xx

I have found nice bras. 32DDs in New Look, Ann Summers, La Senza, M&S and tescos. and found 32Es in M&S and Ann Summers
