34B getting 380cc implants in 2 weeks… Any tips or advice? Pleaseee

Having my medical sometime this week and my op should be 1st June.

Going from 34b and having 380cc overs done in London by Mr Adamo.

Anyone had similar?

Getting so nervous, need any advice or tips pleaseee <3

Hey hun, just had mine done yesterday, enjoy the build up and the experience, even though it seems crazily nerve racking at the time!

Make sure you have someone at home full-time with you for the first few days, you will need all the help you can get. Get your sports bras and v-pillow ready and make sure you have decent length of time off work, I’ve got 2 weeks off and think I’ll need every hour of it!

Are you a daycase or overnight?

Luckily I’m not working at the moment, I have a 2 year old daughter so my mum will be having her for at least a week while I recover at mine… Think I’m going to have to get a friend to come stay with me for a few days and help.

Are you having to sleep sitting up? You in a lot of pain?

I’m in overnight because I live more than a hour from the hospital.

What size did you go? xxx

I’d say just relax and enjoy it! I found the whole experience really enjoyable and exciting. Shame it’s all over now!

But definately leave everything at waist height and just get a bit of rest, sort out DVD’s etc to watch as you’ll get pretty bored otherwise and try not to do too much too soon even if you don’t feel any or much pain xx

Do you know what size you will be approximately after Helen? I keep trying to imagine what their going to look like. Was slightly tempted to go for 410s but surgeon said they might be a bit too big for my frame. I’m going to be so bored sat in bed doing nothing, I’m usually running around after my daughter lol going to miss her. All worth it though xxx

Max i was offered was 380 because my breasts are narrow he estimated a large DD happy with that! I have a 2 and 4 year old, but luckily the hubby is off for two weeks! nice little break if you ask me lol xxx

Yeah same as me!!! very happy with that too. Can’t wait to go out and buy bras and tops and dresses! Having to sell all my dresses now because won’t be able to squeeze into them after the 8th!!! Yeah true will be a nice little break… Be nicer if I could recover on a beach somewhere though lol xxx

I had 460 unders from 34b..got some pics up if you want to have a peek. Having some pain on and off which i expected, but nothing the painkillers dont manage..so far anyway! Im 2 days post-op x

I was a 34B and had 380 overs too now wearing 34E although look more a D
