Hi guys, pretty new to the forum and cannot find anyone to talk to personally who has gone from a small 34B to anything from a C to a D, I know i’ll know the exact measurements that i’d like in my first consultation, but I would also like a booby buddy to ask silly pointless questions that irk me in the dead of the night! Also i’m black, so any girls who are quite dark, and after the stretch are your bosoms noticeably lighter? Because since puberty, my stomach has been quite dark compared to my boobs, which is annoying! 🙄

I was a 34B (Mr. K even suggested I was a small C but i seriously soubt that – was wearing a or b cup bras!). I had 380cc unders and although i am not due to be measured until saturday (6 week) I think i will measure about a D/D. I certainly don’t LOOK that though – see my pics, i look about a full C in clothes. Fakies come up a lot smaller than real breasts so make sure you do your research on sizes, and communicate exactly the look you want with your surgeon. They don’t tend to work in cup sizes because every girl is different and what looks big on one will look small on another. Instead, takes lots of piccies of boobs you like the look and shape of, get a couple of bras with cup sizes you think would look great on you, and remember they say around 150 – 190cc is a “cup size”, and that unders tend to look a little smaller at first because they are constricted by the muscle.

I’m white, but so far I haven’t had any major probs with stretch marks. Most girls use cocoa butter or bio oil to help lighten and reduce any marks and scarring xx

thank you newboobies, everything you just said sounded like gibberish, but i’m trying my best to educate myself.. will i need the sports bra for my 1st inital consultation? i definitly want unders as i want the natural. the surgeon should have a book of photos right too? xx

It depends, some do some don’t. My surgeon didn’t. I just mean you need to show them *exactly* what you want. For example, I said I wanted to be a D cup, and now i probably AM a d cup, but i certainly don’t LOOK it as fakies look a lot smaller than natural, even though they measure bigger due to the rounder, more full shape. Had i done my research before hand i would have known this, and along with pictures of the size boobies i wanted, i’d have ended up with a result i’d be happier with now (i think mine are too small).

You won’t need your sports bra until you’ve had the op. You might need to wear it straight after, or if you are taped up, it will be 7 days later when the tape comes off at your first checkup x

im fairly new to this too! ive got my surgery booked in at the end of the month but im still unsure of what size to go for. im a 34b/a and would ideally like to be a d/dd but am wary of looking too ‘fake’ if they’re too big. honestly i want them as big as possible while still looking natural. i’d hate to be wishing afterwards i’d gone bigger. it would be really helpful if i could speak to people who have been in a similar position?? and if i could look at any post op pics. x

Most girls here have pics up. I have pics from pre-op till now (almost 6 weeks post-op). Up to 300cc is quite small, up to 410 medium, and over that the bigger implants. But saying that, if you’re 5’8, and 12 stone, 525 might look smaller than you expect because of the bigger frame, if you see what i mean? The best person to tell you is the surgeon when he/ she measures you and makes their recommendations. Just tell them what you said here about being as big as poss while still natural looking, and take pics of the sort of size you mean :)
