34DD and 700cc what size after?

any one had the same? what size did you end up as?

fallahdar is doing them, they grew when i was pregnant so not as full as they were but still in the same size bra, dont know about unders or overs, whats the difference? i think i heard one hurts more than the other,how do they decide on which? sorry lots if questions 😉

hehe its ok :o) Unders hurt more but i had to have them as did not have enough breast tissue :o). Unders look more natural in general. If you are a dd already i would assume they would go over the muscle to fill the breast tissue you already have there because if they went under you would maybe get double bubble which is when they put the implant under the muscle and because u have a lot of breast tissue on top it can create like a double boob. Your surgeon will advise you on whats best 4 u ) go with what he suggests as they know best for each individual :o) Dont worry about the pain of unders though its worth it :o) They will look ACE!!! xxx

Oh how did you find Dr Fallahdar? i have my consultation with him on the 16th! Was a bit worried at first because he is new to the surgery but my PC assured me he is very skilled and a very nice man?….. When are you having your BA?
