350cc unders or 375cc unders! please help!

Had my consultation with my surgeon today, he told me that due to the size and shape of my breasts I could have any size implant I wanted so I guess I’m lucky that way! I’m wanting a natural look and he’s said the most he would like to put in for a natural look would be 350cc, however I’ve heard a lot about boob greed on here and wondered if I should have another try on with my PC and see if I prefer the 375cc instead!? help please girlies!!!

I have my OP next Monday in a size 6 on top with a small 34A I’m going for a 350cc, I think it all depends on your size to how big they will look. Are you having overs or unders? I’m having unders moderate xx

I’m having unders with moderate profile too! I’m originally a 30D / 32C but very flat, I’ve tried the 350cc and they look fine and I know they’ll look bigger once I have the implants in not just the silicone try on thing ha xx

Here isn’t much different between 350 and 375 so I’d probably do the 375 to stop yourself from that dreaded boob greed. I’ve just had 350 from a 32A and been told to expect a D/DD, so depends on what you’re after really x

Has anybody got any updated pictures of their new boobies?? getting worried that my boobs might look a little too big for my frame with me being a 32c before hand and the surgeon saying that 350cc to 375cc implants would suit my frame well

Hey Ellie! I was a similar size to you pre op! I was torn between 350 and 375 and literally decided on the day! Dr Traynor said 25cc is 1/5 of a cup size and that i wouldn’t notice much diff so I opted for 375 and I’m made up 🙂 I’ll attach a pik too xx

Hi @nickliverpool123 – did you have unders or overs? I’m be same size as you and was worried 350 overs would look ridiculously big but yours look great.

You’re in the EXACT same position as me.. I’m a 32b/c (more c). I’m booked in for May 28th with Transform and I’m panicking if the 375cc will be too big for my petite frame. I’m size 6, 5ft 3inches and weight 8stone. Everyone that’s had 375cc seem to have gone to a DD/E+ cup which is scaring me as to me that seem huge. I was told by the surgeon I would get a D which doesn’t seem to be the outcome. What to doooo? xx

What they measure and what they look like are completely different! I have 350cc’s, look about a C/D but measuring a DD/E. implants measure bigger than what they actually are xx

I would go for the bigger implant, girls always wish they did if they dont! i was offered 350, 375 or 400
I had 400cc 6 weeks ago from a 34B and i was measured in M&S other day and I’m now 34DD, although when people say DD is big, i dont feel like they are big you soooo get used to them and its like they always been there. Hope this helps x x x x

I started with an empty 34B and had 375 cc HP unders, im 6 weeks post op, im measuring a 34 D but i havent dropped and fluffed yet, in M&S and B Avenue they thought i would end up a DD or E, i know E sounds huge! I was terrified of going too big but implants don’t measure like natural breast and there honestly never as big as they look on a front facing image on here, we should all be posting side images too when we do post, i nearly went with 350 but so pleased i didnt now xxx

I put a post on myself asking exactly the same thing. I’m 5″3 and an empty 34b. I got offered up to 400cc but 375 felt so heavy and 350 felt perfect. It’s hard to judge sizes. In theory I should go to a full 34d but other girls have been an a cup and had 350’s and been an e!! My friend was a c, had 300’s and she’s a dd! I’m thinking that I have a wider chest so I’ll likely get away with 375 but I really don’t want them to be too big at all! Such a big decision I’m half tempted to let Mr Traynor choose x

Hey Laura! I’m 5ft4 and only have a narrow back, 400 was too big and 350 didn’t feel like enough! I got 375 and although I’m A 30F/ 32E they don’t look huge and all my clothes still fit the same! 25cc is 1/5 of cup size so I’d always opt for bigger xx

@gemma21 Omg its so hard to find someone who has similar boobs and weight to you. Finally haha! Im booked in for the 20th of June for 350 HP overs, was dating to change for 400 but yours look amazing! Got my pre OP Monday so will decide then if I want bigger or not! Do you find yours big? xx

Haha thank you ???? when I first had them done i thought I had gone too big, but now there starting to settle I think there perfect for my frame. I do find them quite big atm but think that’s only because I was so small before Lol, it’s a massive change for me. I’m sure you will look great whatever you decide and I’m sure your surgeon will advice what he thinks is best too. Good luck ???? xx

Hi ladies. Please can anyone explain what difference in results you get with unders and partial unders?

Dr kazzazi said I can have 400cc high profile unders. I’ve seen a lot of 375-425 hp partials and i like the look of them! Should I just not question him and stick to what he has advised? Thanks xx
