365cc big enough?

Hi girls i was wondering if any one can help me, i have been booked for my surgery for the 16th of may but i am now wondering if 365cc is going to be big enough for me ?I am a 34B right now and was told adding 365cc with make me a full 34D ? is this right ?i’m thinking is it to late to ask for more cc ? please can anyone help me?

I am a mother of 3 and have breast fed all my childern and my breasts have sagged a lot over the years and now think it is time for me to get my body back in shape.

I had 375 from 32b and am now DD so I think ul be fine hun x
