375CC High Profile or 325 Moderate Plus?! SO UNDECIDED

Hey girls,

Had my surgeon consultation last night and we narrowed it down to either 375cc round high profile under the muscle or 325 moderate plus round under the muscle. I am a small 36B currently, 5ft 3 and 8st 8. I know high profile might look that little less natural but I do need some height and lift as my boobs sit quite low…. Any photos / advice/ recommendations are welcome!!!! Thank youu xx
