Ive booked my surgery now for 11 December with Doctor Kazzizi at high Gate in London. He has reccomended me either 380 cc or 340 cc, he says he think i should go for bigger as i might be dissapointed if i go smaller size. Im really confused when he measured me he said i was only just about a B cup, and said the 380 would make me a Big D, or small D with the 340’s. Hellllp?? If anyone has any information or tips be greatt!!

Hey chick, I’m a small 30b small framed 8st 5’4 and told mr traynor I wanted to be a D and he offeered 340 max. Now thinking about it a wanna be bigger than this so I’m gona push for 380 with mario on friday.. What size do you wana be?

The general impresion I get on here is everyone wants to be/wishes they went with the bigger size cos u get so used to them, so I would go with 380 defs! Added u xx

Well yeah thats the thing every one here is always seem to be saying they wish they went for bigger size or saying go for the bigger. Dr Kazzizi did my friends and she was offered 360 or 380 and she went for 380 and is really happy, just her frame is a little bigger than mine, so as im small like size 8 i dont wanna look funny, ive already said i want them natural as possible.

So you had one consultation? but deciding to go with a diff surgeon ?

I dont even know how i accept friend requests on here? x

Hi hun i had 380’s 4 months ago with DR Kazzazi from a b cup like you. i measure 32ff now but look about a perfect d you’re welcome to see my pics. Def go for the biggest you are offered as they are not very big when in xx

mr K said there was no questioning, the biggest he would go on me was a 360cc!! HE said if i went any bigger there would be a chance or rippling. he said i may get some riplling anyway!

i was a big A small B and i said i wanted to be a D cup he said 380s wud make me a gd D and thought 380s wud sit naturally on me(as id said i wanted to look as natural as poss) i had them done on sun morn an frm what i can see they look a gd size for me id prob say go for the 380’s he wudnt of suggested them if he thought they wudnt look right xx

Hi my boobies are only 10days old, i had mr kazzazi, i thought i was a ok c cup but he measured me a full b, im a size 12, i was offered 465 but wanted bigger and then he offered me 525cc, just got my tape off yesterday and there BIG im defo ending up at least 34E any more questions inbox me GO FOR THE BIGGER OUT OF THE 2 MOST GIRLS ON HERE REGREAT NOT GOING FOR THE BIGGER OUT OF THEIR OPTIONS xx

Thanks for the replys girls is really helpful, Yes K Said to me 380s would take to Big D Cup …i guess he wouldnt of suggested if he thought they wouldnt look right or be suitable for me.

Char – Sounds really good to me, what size like body are you do u mind me asking? im like a size 6/8 depends so am small framed thats why worried 380’s be too big! haha, myy co ordinator said 380s arent that much bigger than the 340’s once all settled inside n that.

hey ladys read all your post and theyve really helped me…

i sound the same situation as u rachel..

been to newcaslte today to see julie meeting with dr traynor 17th oct…

i had 3 to choose from mario kazzai and traynor.. she just picked for me..

i am small 34b i know i have to go under.

want them as natural as possible and said want to look at d..

she suggested only a 300 am now reading and thinking mayb thats going to be to small.. she said he gives u 3 sizes to play with… i want to go by his recomendation really but would like to look like i had an idea as to what the size and look is going to be… do u gett to try 300.340.380 implants in bras when u go????

so what would u guys recomend as some have had them done??

Yes I had 3 sizes to choose from – 300, 340, or 380 and went for the 380. I do LOOK a D cup now although i measure bigger. I know other girls with the same stats who had 380’s and some are smaller than me, some bigger. You can never tell as everyone is different. But there is only the tiniest difference in 40cc hun, and yes they do look a lot smaller when in. Implants in the 300 range are still on the verge of small xx

34b should be ok for overs, I am a small 34b and I was told overs by 2 surgeons. The first said 300 only to take me to a D, and the second surgeon said no would have to be 380, so big difference between the 2. My Singh described me as ‘broad’ on top, so 300 would I think have been too small for me and am so glad I’ve moved up. I was worried about being too big aftw=erwards but I think I’d rather come out a bit bigger than not be big enough!

I am still pre op, only 2 weeks away so will put pics up afterwards, although my implants will be changed to the inspira but will still be equivalent of the 380s. If you want to add me to have a look afterwards pm me and I’ll add you.

the surgeon is the best person to talk to about this because everyone is different so you shouldnt always compare yourself to people on here if they have a different body type to you etc. if he suggests the bigger implant would suit your frams then i would go for that personally. you can always check with another surgeon if you wanted to be 100% sure though are you having under or over the muscle? xx

I really liked kazzazi as he did my friends aswell and I love hers so I dnt want to confuse myself n go to a diff surgeon. I am a small frame like 6-8 and kazzazi said outa the ,340 or 380 he think I should have 380 as they will look natural and id be a good d. I just dnt wana be buying e bras n that! Thats to big. X
