    I’ve really been struggling on what size to have and wondered if you could look at my pics as have done the rice test with both 410 and 380 and would love your honest opinions on what looks best on my frame. i’m currently a 30aa (a boy :cry:) 5.7 8st and size 6 top and 6/8 bottom. i would love to look a D. thanks very much everyone xx

    I think they both look good but i’d go for the 410cc they don’t look too big. What do you like best? xx

    Hi Hun I’m 5ft4 size 6/8 normally 7 1/2 stone to 8 stone… I had 410 overs 10 days ago. Add me if u want. There perfect for my frame. Plus 380 and 410 have no difference hardly it’s something like 1/2 mil I’d go for 410 xxx

    Hey hun – I think that the 380 would look slightly more suited to your frame…saying that I know nearly everyone wishes that they’d gone bigger. Also are cyou having unders or overs? I think with unders, you loose a tiny percentage of the size with them being under the muscle xx

    I think you should go for the 410s if you want to look a D. I had them from 32a and look a D, but they do look slightly fake x

    I had 410 unders, 7 months ago..now look a “d”…(I think)..and maybe tooooooo natural lol x

    I hope you dont mind but Ive requested you as a friend as Im due to have my op next month and have been offered the same size implants for overs. Im 5’6 + 9 stone. I shouldve done the rice test myself really but not got round to it.

    Hey ladies! I’m due to see the surgeon tommorow and really struggling to decide on a size, could someone please tell me what the rice test is and also what is the next size up from 410s. Thankyou!x

    Amy measure some rice out in mls (410mls for the 410s etc) and put them in some socks. They are a little bigger than the actual implant but will give you an idea. 460 is the next one up from 410 xx
