Just spent some time with my surgeon and pc today looking at sizes. Mr Traynor said I could look at anything from 300 to 410 to achieve a D but I could carry more if I wanted to be bigger, which I don’t.

Has anyone had the same dilemma in choosing between 380 and 410? The 410 seemed so much bigger when trying on in the bra but would you recommend just braving the bigger size on the basis that once it’s in you get used to it. They looked a bit alien in the big hammock bra!

Go for the bigger. I got offered 380cc max and I’m pushing for 410cc. Once it’s under your skin it won’t look so huge and massive in the bra. They look dead odd and out of place. Rest assured. Bigger seems to be the one to go for. A lot of girls get boobs greed lol. Ultimately it’s how you feel chick but I’d be begging for the 410

I thought that might be the case. Think I might just go for it! For the time and money I would hate to regret not getting the bigger size at a later date and I’m sure il get used to it! Thanks for your offer dreams have requested friend to have a look at what they’re like when in. Your tattoo is amazing by the way, I love traditional koi ones, won’t ever go out of style!

Claire hope you get the 410s too! I’m sure they’ll give you what you want. Who is your surgeon? X

hey im in the same position as you chick, i have ben offered anything from 360 to 410, i was going to go in the middle with 380cc but unsure atm still, might try the rice test nearer the time as im not booked in for my operation until 22nd July!! also i was not offered to try the implants in inside a bra i was just told to put them inside ,my top which im not very imprssed about! xx

Wowee dreams yours look amazing! Hope mine turn out like yours! Your bikini pic just looks like you’ve had them all your life. Who was your surgeon? Those scars should be publicised! U must be dead pleased I am now sure on having 410s thanks.

Laurajayne – I’m looking at 380s too but think most ppl seem to want bigger once they’re done so might have to take that advice! I wouldn’t worry about the bra, they actually made the implants look saggy because they were weighing them down. It helps more to see before and after pics I think. I’m sure they’d let u try the bra though. My pc offered for me to bring in my own outfits to try on with – she is a legend! Let me know how u get on, my op is 25th so not too far away now!

I had a complete nightmare choosing 380’s or 410’s. Are you going under or over? As you lose size with unders 410 unders will look like 380 overs (if that makes sence)!

I finally ended up having 410 unders from a 32a. Feel free to add me and have a look at pics xxx

Love the name jessicarabbit I’m having 410s from an a/aa, was told the biggest I can have is 460 but not brave enough, definitely would if I were bigger to start.x

i had 375cc overs with a lift from a 36c i asked for 410cc but my surgeon said they were to big for me have a look got photos x

Thanks fairydust and sugar, will add you both to have a look. Definitely helps to see them in and not on the table!

Belle – thanks its been a nickname for a while but only because I’m Jessica, quite obviously not for my rack… But maybe not for long ! You might change your kind yet, 460s must be pretty big what would you likely end up size wise?

Fairydust, sorry forgot to say I’m having overs. Surgeon said I wa a decent b so have enough tissue for it, which is a relief as it sounds a bit more straightforward x

Accepted you hun. I had the choice of unders or overs but decided on unders. Hope you make your decision soon. I reaallllly don’t miss having to make all those decisions

Fairydust – cant believe how they look on the day of the op, they look really good and not swollen! Bet you’re pleased. You can see such a difference in the space of 10 days which gives me confidence how quickly they can settle down. Thanks for your help! X

Nikki they look amazing, you’re such a slim lass but carry them really well. The pink bra looks really good and I’m pleased to hear that they can be moveable after such a short time, which is one of my worries although I know it will be different for everyone. They look to have healed really quickly even at the 4 week stage. Congrats and thanks x

thanks hun, to be honest at the time i thought i was healing really quick i was back in the gym at 4 weeks post opp and really mobile from day 1, but id say it was from the 6 week mark i really noticed my boobs settling, they look and feel so natural now compared to what they were at 6 weeks xx

hey … im having the exact same dilema and my op is in two days! … i have ordered 380 & 410 .. i am a 32A at the minute and the highest Mr Traynor recommended me was 380 but i spoke with mya after and said i wanted to see if i could push it up so they’ve ordered me 410 so just have to see what he says on the day! Definatly want them though if he think i can handle them! Go for the big ones, everyone says they wish they had gone bigger xxx

Hi huni,

I was offered 380s and 410s but I toyed a little with 340s. In the end I went with 380s as the base is much wider than 340. There’s no difference in projection with 410s but the base is a little wider, therefore suited to wider backs and/or people who want a wider curve on the outside of the body (e.g. to match my big hips).

I have some pics on here but please bear in mind my really narrow shoulders and big hips/bum xxx

Hi misspea, do u mind if I add you to see the 380s? No there didn’t seem to be much in to me either. Are you happy with them? What size were you to start with?

Tishtash, what do you think you might go with? I’m steerig towards 410s now because I think I will get used to them if I feel like they’re big but might kick myself if I feel like I should have chosen the bigger ones. Still not 100% though. Have u been told you have to pick one week before? X

Girls, hope you don’t feel we’re pressurising you into choosing a bigger size. It just seems like we should be getting more for our money Bag a bargain and get an extra 30cc for FREE! Yes FREE! lol. Am I selling it to you

Honestly though girls, I hope find the sizes that will suit your frame and help you achieve the look you want.

I am a 34b now so I’m sure they will get to a D with 410s. I would be disappointed if they turned out smaller than in my head! Mr T said I could take more than 410 no problem but suggested this to get a d. I want it to be tomorrow when it happens! X

No worries hun Ive accepted you. I know everyone is saying ‘go for the biggest size you are offered’ but I have to say everyone said that to me and I completely ruled out 410s…I just thought they were too wide for my frame.

If you are unsure, go back to Mya and have a play with the implants. I did that three times!!

I’m happy with my size right now at 2 weeks, but think I might be a tad gudded if they shrink a lot. You must also take into account how many different body shapes can have a 32B or 34B bra. Thats only back size and wont take into account breadth of shoulders, stomach, hips etc.

Go with what feels comfortable for you not what everybody else says, after all its your body and your life xxxx
