Mr Kazzazi does not refuse women wanting any look. He is a professional as are all the MYA surgeons, and works with every type of lady, just like Mr Singh also works with ladies who want natural looking breasts (contrary to popular opinion). He will not hold back with his opinion however if he thinks it won’t suit you. And if it really won’t suit you, or will put you in danger of complications he won’t do it. He is 100% honest and upfront. He also DOES recommend bigger than 380. It depends on your body shape, breast tissue and other factors. For my 2nd op he has told me I can have up to 800cc if I want!
You will more than likely be a D if not more so don’t worry

I had 435cc unders from a 34B & Mr K said i should measure a D/E. I’m only 3 days post op so watch this space! I lost alot of weight quickly and used to be 38D so had alot of skin to fill & Mr K assured me that i wouldn’t look fake. I kinda cheated in that as i lost my boobs i padded my bras out so no-one even knows i’ve had a boob job, not even my kids! I can’t speak highly enough of him i think he’s brilliant.
oh wow thats great yea he would go over 380 bt didnt recoment as cos of the amount of skin i have their isnt that much and wowthats great if il be atleast a d ibv no need to worry then thnks girls
