Go for the biggest they offer. I measure an ff but only look a d/d if that with 380’s. There is only 30cc diff xx

i want a dd and my surgeon give me the choice of 410cc coz my pc anf bf said they looked the best i dint see the difference myself im 32c at the minute 5ft3 8stone 4 its very confusing fpor ,me coz alot of ppl are saying mine will be bigger than a dd with 410cc its just so confusing im having unders aswell hp xx

loobyloo1 we are exact same stats in height, weight and boob size! I am having overs though, only difference. I was also told DD afterwards. I tried the 380s and 410s in the ridiculous granny bra and thought the 410s looked too big but my boyfriend and PC both said there was not much in it like sknox said too. Go for the biggest emmadean, you might regret it if you look back x

Hey Emma, Im in a similar predicament as you, either 380/410/460 hp overs. my op is on 14th sep with Dr Singh but still cant decide on size i want a DD/E but don’t want them to look too fake and big. Im a 34b/c atm. x

@jessicarabbit same as you i felt big when trying 410s too but prob because i’ve never really had boobs! Mr K assured me i would look in proportion and should carry them well lol Just hope i can see my feet when i look down afterwards ha x

When is your op Emma? I don’t really understand it was just told overs. I think cause i have alot of breast tissue compared to most they will still look natural and hold well over the muscle. haha most people i have spoken to on here has said the biggest too. but im still not convineced and only two people know that im having a BA so don’t want it to be too obvious after. I have added you hun let me know what you decide x

Hia I have just had 410s MHP unders and they dont look too big to be honest, only a D at the mo as im only 2 wks po. I was an empty 32/34B before. I haqd the same choice and went for the biggest ones! x

What look are you after, fake or natural? I was offered 380 for natural, 410 for slightly fake and could have had 460. So although there is only a tiny difference in cc, it does make a difference. I am petite, 5ft, 7stone12, size 6 top, was 32a. I went for the 410s because I like the slightly fake look. I love them but they def don’t look natural. I had overs xx

Misso – as you are a b/c already, I’d definitely go for 410s at least, I’d probably go 460 xx

i had 380s got offered 410 chose against it. i’m a size 8, 5’4 n 8stone. i love them they are biiiig ha xx

Misso thanks for the add hun have u got n e pics? well i bassicly have no breast tissue lets say flat? but i want them to be rounder as they’re slightly pointed or perky haha.. but yeh ermm i want them to be slightly fake i just want them to be round! ermm i am worried about anesthetic tho… never been under it before.. i wasnt offered responsives? i am just mhp :S so dunno am not having uplift but my skins very tight nd fink i wont need it am 20. xx

haha, i know i miss channel 4 and Davina too lol! I haven’t had my op yet so don’t have any pics. im worried about the anesthethic too never been under it. I would say go with 410cc after some of the pics i have seen, that is what i am going to go for. x

Like the other girls have said, I’d recommend you go with the biggest size offered. ESP as you want to look an E/F. I had 380 unders from 32a n don’t look anywhere near an E. I didn’t tell anyone about the op and no one has noticed!! X

Misso m’lovey my surgery is on 20th sept.. does n e one know about smoking? my surgeon said it wasnt to much of a hastle with breast enlargment for small opp but nurse said no! stop two weeks before WAATT HOW is this poss. i want it so much i might even stop smokin after but hmm..

i stopped smoking a few months ago to save for my op lol and doing really well i think if u have to stop 2 weeks before u might aswell not smoke again lol,xx

yeh herd 2 weeks as well. but i might be going to amsterdamn?? and hmm . LOL well done hunni takes a lot to stop i been smokin from young age.

i have lol i smoked from being 13 but everytime ive been pregnant stopped then started again im glad i dnt smoke coz my partner doesnt either he never has and want my kids to be brought up with none smoking parents too xx

Hi all, just a reminder that it the size you will be really does depend on your own personal 3 dimensional measurements and how much breast tissue you have already. Just because one person had a certain size implant and it made them say a DD it doesn’t mean that it will be the same for you. The surgeon will offer you the best advice on implant sizes. Also, just a reminder that cup sizes are not a universal measurement so a DD in one shop may be a different size to a DD in another.

Same as Mini here, no one has actually noticed i’ve had them done unless i point it out or they already knew LOL! If i wear a revealing dress or top then you can tell, but just in t-shirts etc they certainly don’t look too big, or even big in fact. What MYA mod said is right too – i know toher girls with the same stats as me (10 – 12 dress, 5″5, and a b cup pre op) who have come out smaller than i measure now. A lot of it is down to your chest width and breast tissue. Mine were unders btw xx
