380cc overs mr adamo….confused whether to have under or overs? hellpp!

I went for my consultation with mr adamo the other day and was told id be suited to 380 cc overs…im a 32 a small b and hoping to go to d-dd and i really want a natural look…i always thought overs gave a fake look so im really confused what to do! can anyone give me any advice or if anyones had 380 overs would they mind showing me some pics…im goin to join sofem now, thanks laura x

hi Lori-lou, i have just answered one of your questions on another thread. I had 380 overs with Mr Adamo and have gone from a 34b to 34e and mine do not look fake. If you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant, then overs can look natural, if not then unders is better. If Mr Adamo has recommended overs, then you must have enough breast tissue. I have pics on Sofem taken from 2 hours after surgery up to 6 months post op (i am now 8 months post op). im a 34aa and having 410 overs, just need to be reassured they wont look fake and also i know u had 380 overs bt u were a b cup before so seems similar lol
