3rd day post op..sports bra pain?

hi everyone just a quick question. so today as i was warned has been most painful so far.am havin to kp undoin my sports bra for some relief as the band at bottom seems to add so much pressure and soreness .but when i leav it undone for too long my breasts feel too heavy and get shooting pain.just wondered if anyone else has experienced similar or if my bra is too tight and whether or not i should b undoin bra.dont wanna do anything i shouldnt

Have u been measured since your breast enlargement? I was told to go up a back size x

Hi hun, obviously we all know that day 3 is hard but but it sounds like your sports bra may be too tight. Which one do you have? I think it is fairly important for you to wear the sports bra done up as your breasts really need the support especially this early after your BA. If I was you I would try getting a slightly larger size and see if that helps. I wish you a speedy recovery xx
