3rd Day Post Op..

So Generally Speaking I’ve Been Feeling Really Well, Managed Too Have A Hair Wash & Another Mini Bath Yesterday 🙂 Took The Little Ones Too The Park (Haven’t Lifted Anything!) & Only Managing On Paracetamol & Ibuprofen Apart From During The Night I’m Taking Codeine.. Woken Up Tonight & My Boobs Feel Very Swollen & Bruised.. I Know It’s Normal For The Pain Too Get Worse Before It Gets Better But Is It Normal For Them Too Be So Swollen? Like To Be More So Now Then 1 Day Post Op? Currently Wearing My M&S Sports Bra In An E And It’s Seriously Rubbing On My Incisions? Does That Mean I Need A Bigger Bra Or Is This Normal? Panicking The Incisions Won’t Be Able Too Heal Properly 🙁

Hey hun. Sorry to hear that you are not feeling great. If it makes you feel any better, I am exactly the same, today feel more swollen than ever, still not too painful, but just uncomfortable now and tight, one incision is starting to sting. If your bra is rubbing on your incisions then I would pop out and get a different one in a bigger back size, just until you are more healed. I keep flapping my arms like a chicken when I am asleep (according to my other half) which is really not helping my situation. Lol. Hope you feel better soon but think the swelling is all perfectly normal. Think one of mine has already dropped much lower which was scaring me as nipples look different heights under the strapping but really just trying not to worry about it until at least three weeks post op as they will change so much. Sure you will heal really well, just try and take it easy. Xx

I Feel The Same With the Incisions Hun, seems Too Be more One Then Both? & Keep Getting This Awful Burning Sensation In My Left Nipple? It’s Worrying Me Because I Can’t Actually See My Boobs Keep Thinking The Worst Lol Haha That Made Me Laugh, God Knows What I Must Be Doing In My Sleep I’m Banished Too The Sofa All Though Saying That I’m Quite Comfy There Which Is Surprising! I Haven’t Thought Too Look And See If Ether Has Dropped Deffo Going too Do That When I’m Home Lol.. It’s Killing Me Not Being able Too See Them Because With All These Aches & Pains I Want Too Know They’re Healing Nicely And I Can’t See That They Are All Covered Up Lol! Glad Too See You Are doing So Well Though Hun, Make The Most Of The Rest Before You Go Back Too Work Not Too Long Too Wait For Your Strapping How Exciting xx
