I have no energy at all, I just want my bed!xxx
I’m only 1 day P.O and am so tired! It’s probably all the adrenaline wearing off from the excitement of it and maybe your meds making you tired too? If you’re off work I can’t see how being in bed will do anything but speed your recovery x
I was in hospital 3 days & didn’t sleep much, n I suffer from insomnia & usually function off 3-4 hours of sleep a nite but tday n yesterday I jus can’t keep my eyes open. My 2 year old came home today he’s been with his nana so it’s been really hard today!!xxx
Amanda your body has been through surgery, so it’s taking it’s time to recover. You do your best recovery when your sleeping, your body is working hard to repair itself. Most folk feel crappy for a week but it will fade. Have faith!
Everyone’s body reacts differently to a general anesthetic too so it’s probably wearing off as well
xx
Yeah I suppose I never really thought of it like that. Your not allowed to feel crap & be tired wen your a mum are you. I’ve just got in bed, hopefully if I sleep through till morning I mite feel better. Get my tape took off too tmrw so can av a shower, will feel tons better then!
Thank you xxxxx
Perfectly normal Hun, you are still very early days and sleep is the best medicine…I found it easier to sleep through the day than at night but my kids are 13 & 16 so they looked after me lol xx
Mum’s never get a day off! But that’s why your so loved, because your always there
Best thing for it, get a bit of kip Mrs and leave the kids to their own devices. In the morning you will feel quite stiff so watch when your getting out of bed. No sudden movements. Take it easy, your healing, not wonder-woman! lol.
Wish you all the best amanda, each day will get easier. Promise
xx
Aww thanks Claireybabes, that’s made me feel loads better!

Aww bless, it won’t last for long Hun….a few more days and you will prob feel loads better xx
