im 2days post op.. just feel like everytime i move my arms im straining my boobs n in pain im sure things will get better though.. hw u feeling part from light headed? are u stil on pain relief? x

what painkillers are u taking? more than likly is them making u light headed! u showered? 4days po? did u get u not get ur scars wet?? x

wish i could shower! always makes u feel worse when you cant!! but im to scared to atm! lol! yah i feel like im having to hunch over when i move around to as my tape n chest feels so tight! x

I just stood in shower and lent over to have my hair washed! I kept my top on to make sure my boobies dint get wet and I just washed my bottom half and used a face cloth to wash my top half! Not exactly a proper shower but at least I felt a bit cleaner after! X
