haha bless ya, i was driving 5 days po with overs but if u have unders it takes a bit more time. u r ment to stay propped up til the swelling has gone. i recomed a v pillow, i slept like a baby with mine for 3 weeks upright x

hmm yeah everyone pain threshold is different. i found day 2 & 3 most achy. no im totally recovered now cos im 4 months po. dont worry wont be long for u xx

Ps-if u dont have a vpillow sara is right. They’re a god send! X

Still early days for you, but you will feel better as each day goes by. I started driving again at 9 days post op and felt fine. Take it easy x

Girls what kind of sharp pain? I’m sat in hotel now in doncaster,had mine yesterday. Its tight and imy pain is on my right boob on the side I think its where they pull out the drain pipe from. Not easy to get up to go loo,its that particular bit I get me sharp pain when moving. NORMAL? Xx

Hi Poppy. I got twinges from where the drains were in but they go after first day. The sharp pains you will experience (if the same as mine) will be in your pec muscles. I get a searing sharp pain in the muscle nearest to my armpit. I have learnt that the way to control it is to hold onto that area (hold onto the sides of both boobs) when making any movements that may cause it. I tend to hold on tightly to my boobs if I am pushing myself up in bed as that’s when the sharp pain can really hit. x

Poppy, I’ve put on half a stone! 2lb of that will be the implants and I’m hoping another couple of pounds of that will be because I haven’t been to the loo since before the op. I’ve started taking senna tablets as the cocodamol bung you up. I need to just start eating fruit, fish and veg I think. Diet definately starts next week! x

hi zana im same my back and bum are sore never stayed so still in years walking up and down the room to stretch but cant pick things up if it on the floor it stays there cant imagine driving its great some can each day will get better,

and poppy08 your right the painkillers and none exercise does cause constipation im taking senna lost 6 pounds with worry before op think thats gone back on as well as boobies but not eating a lot think its the meds!!
