Its 4 days post op for me and i feel like around my ribs back and tummy i look a lot more puffed out ? I’m also bruised. I had quite large implants for quite a small frame is this possibly swelling travelling down with gravity ? I’m sure i wasnt this size before i went in.

Apart from that all went very well, the hospital and the staff were lovley and i was looked after very well !

Hey sophiamelissa, I’ve added you, hope you don’t mind I’ve heard some people do seem to get a bit bloated etc after their op, not sure why though

What size did you have and what were your body stats before the op?

Yeah the tablets make u constipated so u will get bloated. Im only 1 day po and my ribs, back and side of boobs feel bruised and swollen. It should improve when u finish the tablets and pain is supposed to get better after first week so u might feel more normal x

I looked about 4months preg in my first week po lol! Not sure if this is right but I heard this bloating happens anytime u have an op cus of all the oxygen n stuff they pump in you?x

I was seriously swollen and bloated after having my daughter and was the same after my BA. I found that having a bath in Epsom salts (a shallow one) every day for a few days brought down the bloating loads x

I thought it was all the eating I was doing bit glad to read that its just bloating!! Especially as we have to wait 6 weeks to exercise! x
