    Hi Girls,

Thought I’d rear my ugly mug again to share my experience or help at all.

I had my operation on 10th May. It was a Tuesday. I’ll never ever forget that.

It’s now 4 months and a bit. The girls have fully settled in. I was measured a 32F @ 6 weeks. I’ve went up a cup size in a few months. I’m now the proud owner of massive 32FF’s! I can’t complain at all.

My surgeon was Ben Chew – Glasgow Clinic. I felt teary at my 3 month post op. I’ll miss him, he is such a great surgeon and such a knowledgeable consultant.

I smoked before, during and after my op. I did try and cut it down as much as possible.

I was on the pill before, during and after my operation.

I started driving and back at work (office job) after 6 days.

I wore my sports bra for 2 weeks (as recommended) if I felt comfortable wearing a bra I could (only after 2 weeks) this is primarily to stop irritation on the wound.

My scars sit perfectly under the crease of my boob. Ben says there is a mathematical way to work out how to get scar to sit in the crease / under the boob. I swear Ben isn’t just a surgeon, he is some kind of god.

Family and friends love the new look, the loved the old look too but I’m sooo digging the new boobies. They even out my figure. I have shapely hips and a j-lo booty, I needed a bit more up top to make me feel “normal”.

I’m 23, I had thought about surgery from the age of 13. My sister and mum are top heavy but my boobs went to my bum, I swear! lol.

They started softening approx 6 weeks onwards. Can’t put a specific date on it girls, it happens when it happens. Everyone’s different.

I took painkillers pretty regular for a week after the op. I tried to get as much sleep as I could too. It really helps.

They do not feel hard. They jiggle and bounce like real boobs, my nipples have stretched but they look even better than before. I love my bazoongas!!

I paid £3750 for 410cc standard CUI implants. I was a 32D before and now an ample 32FF.

My patient co-ordinator was Karen Craig – Glasgow. A star! Supportive, always there, a text or phone call away. Even text me on the day of surgery. Aftercare with Glasgow clinic has been second to none. Could not ask for more.

For all the girls pre-op or thinking about surgery. Think long and hard. It’s life changing. It’s also a lot of money. If your saving, girls your one day closer to a new life.

It’s changed my attitude and I love my body and all my curves.

I walk with a bit of va – va – voom now.

Go for it girls! Grab the opportunity by the massive boobies! lol.

Any questions feel free to ask.

    xx

Fab story!! Just makes me more excited bout having mine done!! 6 weeks to go and it’s def dragging!! Claire did u get an admission form from Ross Hall askin bout how u want to settle ur account? X

Katie I did. I said switch. I also took my switch card with me and they swiped it there so they had a card on record. They sure like to keep themselves covered.

I was sent a bill after my op for medication I received. Your meds are included in the op so I didn’t pay and called Karen Craig, she reassured me it was a mistake and to call Ross Hall direct to inform them I was a MYA patient. They sent me another bill so I called again. Then they finally got the hint lol.

6 weeks isn’t long at all. Remember when we first spoke? It was months ago and look at us now… 6 weeks and counting. 42 days…. ohhhh exciting!

Can’t wait to see your results Katie!!

Yeah ur right, 6 weeks is nuthin compared to how long I’ve been waitin! Goin down to Glasgow on the 11th to beg Andrew Hart to give me bigger implants, hopefully he will! 325cc is seemin quite little now x

Lol. Everyone turns out the same on here I think. You hear everyone saying go for the bigger size and it makes you want bigger – just incase they aren’t big enough already. I’m glad I went with 410cc but Ben said that’s why I now have stretch marks on my boobs. I didn’t previously. They are very faint and small so you can’t really see them but Ben assured me they wouldn’t have been there with the 380cc. This surgeon knows his figures lol.

I’m sure if you’re frame can take it and you’re willing to put up with the consequences, e.g stretch marks, rippling etc then he’ll give you the result you want. But listen to his advice, it doesn’t mean you need to take it ;)

The 11/11/11! Weird! I’ll be thinking of you on that day Katie.

Clairebear – how excited are you!! a week on tuesday, my day was a tuesday too. Good day, good day. Haha. Ben is a sweetie, he really looks after you on morning of surgery, makes you feel relaxed. Your in very capable hands.

Thanks chick, added loads more friends tonight so you can peek at my pics.

Really do need to get new ones up. Promised Katie ages ago too. I’ll take some with clothes on to give people an idea of what they’re like.

    *Important Info*

I should inform you all I do have a loss of sensation in my right boob. The full underside and nipple. I can feel a little bit but not a lot. Spoke to Ben about this. He said hopefully it should come back but if it doesn’t after 6 months it’s unlikely to come back. It doesn’t really bother me really. Its more odd than anything else lol. I hope it does come back though.

When Ben was performing the surgery and creating the pocket for my implant, the nerves got damaged during the process. Your surgeon will try his hardest not to damage nerves but it is possible.
