    Polly your bad back been because of the BA? or general injury at work? Enjoy this time off to relax and soak up the sun. Hope your not in too much pain.

    Ahh take care huni. lm with u totally here l suffer from coxit pain as l fractured it years ago. Since having to sit and sleep basically upright it kills so having to have a cortisone injection in there next week ouch!! Take care and rest up x

    i do a job where im on my feet all day pushin a heavy trolley round gettin peoples food shopin an my back was hurtin before i went back to work havein to sleep on my back x
