Personally I wouldn’t risk it, although you may feel you can move about ok, you’re still healing inside and anything too strenuous could cause a problem. I’m 4 weeks wednesday and I can still feel a pulling when I overstretch or lift anything heavy, the 6 week guideline they tell you for going back to the gym is for your body to fully heal I think, mine are def still healing and am waiting for one side to drop, so I still have healing to do x
