    my op is on 31st october and ive been reading about lots of people using bio oil and things similar.. when should i start using it and do i put it all over my boobs and underneath?

    theres not an exact science to doing it pre opp, its when ever you feel like to be honest, i done it for 2 weeks before (all over your boobs) and continued for several weeks after but make sure you dont put in on your incisions till after 6 weeks post opp xx
