    Hi guys!!

I had my long awaited BA today at the Fitzroy with Dr Mileto. The man does not get enough credit on here, he was fab and lovely!

I started of a tear drop 30B M&S size and 32a H&M size (with the straps on the tightest setting to give me cleavage, however digging into my shoulders and back! Struggles)

I had my consultation with Dr Mileto having in my mind about 400cc but thought I’d get declined it. I turned up and he asked what desired look I want, I said D/DD (look wise, I know implants will measure bigger in bra size). Straight away he said he could give me 400cc, but only with UHP as I have such a small chest width but also wanted the projection from my chest as I am so flat in projection.

I tried in the 400cc and I won’t lie they looked MAHOOSIVE. I’m a 5 foot 3 girl, size 4 upper body, 6/8 lower body so I was worried I’d look RIDICULOUS! I then lowered the trying on size to 350cc and that was too small for me, only 50cc but I just knew I wouldn’t be happy with that. It reminded me of what I look like with a padded bra (aka not enough!)

I asked to try on 375cc but unfortunately they didn’t have one to try on in the clinic in UHP so I just gathered it’s the in between of 400cc and 350cc.

I spent months going back and forth about 375cc and 400cc but then always resorted to 400cc as I saw so many people say they wish they went bigger, or to always go one up from the size you like as when it’s inside you it won’t be as big looking (aka 400cc will give the 375cc try on projection as it’s outside the body)

The day finally came and I still was panicking but I just said YEP 400?

The day it’s self went really well. I had a 1 hour train ride at 5:50am to get to Marylebone for 6:50 then a 15minute tube ride to Mya so I didn’t really have time to be nervous (the days leading up to the op I again was so busy, I work 11 hour shifts and it didn’t bit me until I reached my room) FYI I was a day case too so my admission time was 7:15am but didn’t go down to theatre until 11:45am – out of recovery at 2:30pm.

I won’t lie going to sleep I was cramping myself, never ever had surgery. However never doubted whether to do it, it’s always been something I’ve wanted to do and just thought you need to do it! I had a cannula and gas to send me to sleep, falling asleep was great. Waking up don’t underestimate them say you feel like someone is sitting on your chest – I was really trying hard to breathe, they gave me oxygen through my nose which really helped but I did struggle at the point. I didn’t even acknowledge my boobs then as I was so out of it I didn’t click that I woke up from surgery! It was just like I had been underwater a long time and was catching my breathe!

I then got wheeled back to my room, again out of it but aware of pain. I slept so much and only woke up when I was being seen. I got toast, butter, jam and biscuits which was amazing.

But yes, my whole day was spent sleeping. Then as 6 o’clock came upon us I was wanting to leave. I left at around 8pm as you have to show you’ve eaten and been to the toilet before leaving – also the surgeon comes to visit you and a person giving you your home meds 🙂

All in all, it’s hard to say as I am a very anxious person and am so proud i did it but when you’re in that situation it is scary! However if you really really want it, nothing will stop you!

My boobs have been done today so I will post updates but atm they are swollen, tight, little sore (can’t move my arms much but thankfully I have my mum around bless her)

I will post my photo now! 🙂

    Hi
How’s the pain now? I had 450cc from 34B on Tuesday 5th and I’m in agony with this breast band!
    Hope you’re doing Ok!

    Hey!!

Pain today (day after op) is bareable. I can’t move myself, I can’t get myself out of bed and I can’t move my pillows. I just feel really tight! The breast band is really tight, the nurse put squared padding under my armpits which you can see in my photos. That’s helping with rubbing!

I’m expecting to be in pain for the next 2/3 days I hope. Just gonna keep on top of my meds and rest! I’m trying to do the exercises they recommended me to do (rolling your shoulders back) and this really helps with loosening up the muscles (hurts tho!)

    Do your stitches hurt???

Congratulations on your op!!! Mine look like cones atm hahaha!

Also I really recommend sleeping wise using a travel pillow and having it in front of your neck to rest on and a pregnancy horse shoe pillow 🙂

Hi did you have to bring your own breast band and bra or do they provide it?

    Hey honey,

I am a very anxious person like you and I actually have a fear of surgeries and hospitals but really want to do this. I was wondering how the rest of your experience went and how did you find it? Any information would be helpful, I am so nervous!! xx
