400cc PARTIALS/BI-PLANE SPLIT MUSCLE please help me and share photos please

Hi if anyone has had 400cc or around that with similar stats to me either partials or bi plane could you please share your experience with me I’m really undecided if to have 400 or 450 but people with 400 partials seem to look bigger than unders my stats are 32b size 8, 9 stone and 5″5 xx

I had 385 unders on Sunday. I’m 5ft 3 and weigh 48kg. I wore a 32a before. X
