Hi All!

I had my consultation with Mr Fallahdar on Wednesday and he recommended i have 410cc high profile implants, i am currently a 34B and i would like to be a D/DD, had anyone had this size or has a any pictures? i really dont want to be dissapointed with the size but i dont wanna end up with melons on my chest either! I am a size 8/10 and 5″2. P.s what does high profile actually mean :S x

Hi,im also a 34b and was recommended 460s but im wanting a dd/e size so im sure ul get at least a d 150 is about a cup size i think x

im now a 30F/32E but say i looked a DD, i had dr singh hes the big boobie surgeon lol, ill add you as a friend you can see my pics then xx

Hi Laura, oh god this is so confusing!? Dr Fallhadar said with the 410cc i will end up a d/dd maybe even an e in some bra shops so i have no idea what to expect!? As long as im at least a big D i think ill be happy! when r u having you Ba and who with? x

hey keep im a 32b, 5,2 and 9 stone.

i had 380 overs and look a d/dd cos ur a 34 back u will need bigger so i think 410 with give u d/dd to. i have pics x

Ive got ages to wait looking at around september time after i finish paying for my car! but ive had a consultation with Helena Antoniadou and shes really nice so think she will be doing my op. A girl on here called Linzi was a 34b and she had 410s i think shes in my friends list im sure she will help! x

Hi Kelly,

I’m 32b booked in for 14th May with Mr Fallahdar for either 410 or 460s. My pc says I’ll be a DD/E with the 410 but everyone says to go bigger so im thinking the 4602. have added u hope u dont mind! x

I’m booked in with Mr Fallahdar too on 2nd April, i’m having 340unders that was the biggest he offered me but he said that would take me to a D/DD…. oh i’m 5ft 2 as well and a size 10.

When is your op? xx

oh really, its strange how people say different things re the sizes! especially as im having overs, i dont wanna look too big!!

why have u girls been given mr fallahdar? I was given him as im having my nose done too and he specialises in both of these ops (i was told) x

I was given him as i wanted a naturalish kind of look,suzy im basically the same stats as you and i got offered 380 or 410 for a d/dd :S, how are we to decide!?

Um i think my PC just told me that was who i’d be having! Didn’t really get much choice! He seems good though, have heard good things from girls on here about him. He’s a microsurgeon too so specialises in small neat incisions which can’t be bad!

I do find it strange that he offers other girls of similar sizes to me bigger implants to acheive the same cup size?? I asked for a full D/DD….. I do have faint stretch marks on the top of my boobs already though and was worried about them getting worse or really showing and maybe that’s why he didn’t want to give me bigger, in case it made them worse?

I was debating for ages about seeing him again to ask for bigger ones, i booked another consultation with him but at the last minute just decided to go with what he suggested. I think i was already getting boob greed before i even got them! Anything he gives me will be better than what i have now so not fussed anymore about being huge. I mean the bigger you are the harder it is to find nice bras, clothes to fit etc, don’t want to have the same problem with clothes not fitting but the other way around now! xx
