    ^^ HELP PLEEEASE! EITHER 410 OR 460 IMPLANTS (CNT DECIDE!) BUT I DNT NO WHAT SIZE SPORTS BRA TO BUY.. XX

    34 c/d, but im having an uplift with either 410 or 460..cnt decide :s x

    You get the same as your current back size, as that shouldn’t change… I think a 34 is medium in a Macom bra, or if you’re getting sports bra’s get whatever size the surgeon has told you you will be… leave the tags on just in case they don’t fit and you can swap them xx

    can u take bra back tho? im not gna bother with macom bra, ppl have sed they wudnt bother! lol, so im gna get the high or medium impact from tesco’s, soi can wear it to gym afta lol! i sed id like to be an E, n he sed 410 or 460 implants..bt im wondering if i go with 410 shud i get a DD sprts bra or jst an E :S so confusing wen there not on you lol x

    No, get an E hun… there’s really not alot of difference between 410 and 460. You can take bras back, but not knickers :) xx

    Hi, I’m booked in 2 wks time don’t know what size sports bra to buy either, I’m 36b and having 410 overs, want to b a d? But not sure if they are gonna b bigger?

    i was told that each 125cc to 150cc is a cup size xx
