    Hi girls,

    I saw Mr K today and couldn’t believe how good he was! I been offered 410 and 460 – with the possibility of 460 rippling but looking better!

    my BF thinks 460(according to rice bean bags in my bra!) look too big!!

    also he told me i had a curved spine! (not relevant but hey ho!) soooo what you girls think? I’m 5ft 9in and 9st, 32A/B

    You will def look at least a d with 410s, possibly a small dd. Personally I don’t want rippling or I’d also be having the 460s but I am smaller than you xx

    I was a 34b I had 410 in my left boob and 460 in my right, only got pics up with tape on at min but hoping to get more up later today now tape removed. Feel free to add me so you can see the difference. xx

    Kay, you’ve seen my pics. I was a D before, had 410’s and I still wish I’d got bigger. So greedy :P

    If 460 is the max you’ve been offered, go with it. He wouldn’t recommend it if it wouldn’t look right. He wants to make you the best you can!

    With 410 you might measure a D because implants always measure bigger than they look. I’m an F and that sounds great but it’s the look to me that matters.

    The rice bag test gives you a rough idea. But the implant will be under any skin and breast tissue so it won’t look so out their and obvious.

    I’ve been offered the same Kay and the rice test for the 460’s is what is scaring me but apparently they do not look that big once under the muscle etc xx

    i dont think having scoliosis (curved spine) makes any difference.. i also have a small curve in minee lol.. is that the first time you noticed it? xx

    Yup, but now I have been told it seems really obvious. It’s only a worry because I do loads of sport and I don’t want to end up with back problems! xx

    I had 410s from 34a I’m measuring 34dd I’m 5,6 weigh 9 and a half stone I’ll be putting my pics up at end of week add me I’ll let you know when they’re up xx

    @sedm2782 ohh mine was noticed when i was getting my prom dress fitted like 4/5 years ago so went and had xrays etc.. apparently it shouldnt get any worse after the age of about 16 so you should be fine! lol :) xx

    Hey hun, I was told I had a chest deformity which has meant a curve in my spine…Dr Singh noticed it when I went to see him but I’ve never noticed it before! He said it wasn’t a problem but it did meant that I had to have overs instead of unders (which was fine as I wanted overs anyway!) I had 410s on Friday…will put pictures up once my taping is off :-D x

    aw thanks guys! me internet has been down since yesterday!

    I have never noticed the curved spine tbh! apparantly it wont be a problem

    Lexie – he said I could have unders or overs, but unders would look more natural so gone with unders :)

    Nat – what size are you hoping to be?

    Sammy – when you getting yours done?

    I made it plainly clear that I wanted to LOOK a D at least. He said 410s would be nice – and the most long lasting, however he said “off the record” he thought I would be happier with the 460s :D x

    ah you’ve made me panic about unders/overs now! I was told overs (by Mr Fallahdar) but I want them to look as natural as poss :-(

    According to the ‘pinch test’ I could have overs lol and I would have had them as they’re supposed to be less pain, but Mr K said uunders are more natural… hmm surely overs you get a better cleavage? x

    Well if you can have overs then you can defo have unders

    From what everyone’s said unders are more natural, but I think it depends on your stats xxx

    I’m getting mine done on the 26th June and am hoping he’ll give me some last minute advice about the size as I know i’m not going to decide until the day! and he’s too far away to go back and see for a “quick” consultation!! When’s yours? xx

    Yeh true Sammy, he’s not about much! He just told me make sure you have made your mind up on the day of the surgeory! I have a list of dates for July/Aug/Sept, really want it done NOW but gotta check with work first when I can get a week off! xx

    to think I wanted 525s and now been offered 410s or 460s which may cause an issue as one boob is slightly smaller and will ripple eventually! aahhh x

    Hi hun, I was offered 410 & 460 by Mr Kazzazi and took the 460’s….defo the right decision!! He said the 460’s would have a higher chance of rippling (albeit a minor risk) but I went for them anyways. Im 5’6″, 9st and previously 34b. I have pics up if you want to look xx

    Thanks hun, the right one is ahead of the left, much softer and has dropped more. Im in 34dd sports bras but tbh, the seams inside them are really digging in my boobs so think I need to go up a size now (whoop!) Im going to go and get measured this weekend and put myself out of my misery lol Think I could be an E now.

    Yeh he’s great, I had wonky boobs beforehand but he felt he could correct them with the same size implants, happy days! I havent put my before pic up because its vile lol even though Im post-op I still hate that pic xx

    Just a word of advise, if youre having unders you might want to take two weeks off work..I struggled to go back after two weeks off (had a painful time lol) What work do you do chick?x

    Oh dear, then he’s not going to be very happy with me when he asks me what size i’m going for! Surely he gets people asking size questions on the day?! Oh well, he will from me as I live in Bristol and traveled to Birmingham to see him for my consultation and haven’t got time to see him again now before the op! xx

    no you’ll be fine Sammy he just means make sure you know when you finish your 10 min chat with hi on the morning, and know before you head down to surgeory! lol he doesn’t like people making their minds up on the surgeory table! :)

    They look really goog Kezza, he does a good job! i work in IT recruitment and when they find out I need to take 1 week off they will go mad! so 2 is defo not gona happen :( 1 day away from work here is like a week… It’s like crazy starved animals, all my business will get stolen by my colleagues! lol

    Gawd I hope 1 week will be enough :( xx
