    Hi everyone, I had my consultation with Mr T and he suggested for me 410 overs. I measure around 32 B to C cup and I’m slim and tall. Although I don’t want them to look fake and too big, I’d like them to look DD. I don’t really care what will they measure, I just want them to look a descent size. I am going for a soft touch implant. Do you think 410s will take me up to DDs concidering I already have boobs? Should I push for a bigger implant?

    Please help! xxx

    Mr Singh has told me to go for 410s to make me a D-D/D and im an A! I know ir varies for everyone but if ur already pushing a C then i think u may go bigger then a D…or maybe i’ve been told wrong..im all worried now! x

    ah..I’ve just seen that someone has posted that they had 460’s, they was an A cup and they look a DD but she measures an F. I think with 410’s ul be bigger then a D but everyones different.

    I’m just about to have 410 overs from an A cup and was told the same by dr Singh- that it would hopefully take me to a dd cup. I said I wanted to be a dd and that’s the size he suggested… I guess we’ll find out soon..xx

    Girls are you sure Mr Singh said you will look a dd with 410s from an a? He told me I’d get d/dd but I’m assuming he meant measuring because I measure dd but look smaller. Karolina I think you will definitely look at least a dd but you will measure bigger x

    Hi loops! I hope I havent confused you more:) I would ve hated regreting I didnt go bigger:/ but on the other hand I dont want to look fake either:/ I don’t know what to do!!!! xx

    Hi girls,when I tried my possible size on, it did not look as big. I know that boobs will drop, soften ect but I’m worried they won’t look big enough! When I had the implant im my hand, I thought it was a bit small… :/ but I was told I will look a double D xx

    I thought the same, the implants look tiny. You could ask for 460, there’s not a massive difference, about half a cup size x

    Thank Belle, I looked at 460 implant and I liked the size. The only thing is that they are obviously wider that 410s and may look more fake then. Honestly I don’t know if I should listen to my syrgeon or to my greedy self:) xx

    Yeah I decided against 460 because of the width, my surgeon said I’d feel the edge which I didn’t want. I’d go with what your surgeon recommends, I would be very surprised if you didn’t look at least a dd x

    Did you have yours done yet Belle? I’m really struggling between 410s and 460s but I think I’m more likely to go for 460 as I dont want the edges of implant to be very visable and my skin being streched too much xx

    karolina i had 460 from an A cup and cant feel the outside of my implant, im only a size 6 too so im pretty slim xx

    Yes I am 11 weeks post op today. See your surgeon again and ask him about the 460s x

    Hi all I got my op booked for 1st November and having 2 different sizes to get from B/C to DD after having baby 16 months ago always had a good C cup but they have dropped slightly and just wanted good cup size again although been told one nipple slightly lower on left but dont want it moved not bothered about them being perfect. Just hope recovery is not too bad im having overs so should be quicker recovery but nervous as I dont want it to be too long before I can pick up my little girl :-( xx

    I was told if I went for the 460’s I wouldnt be any smaller then a DD. I dont want huge boobs just wna be in proportion to my body, plus everyone always ends up bigger then planned lol my mate wanted to be a full C but ended up an E! x

    I am very happy with my 410s. Remember fakes measure bigger than they look so if you ask to look a certain size you will measure bigger x

    I have me op a week today. I am currently a small/empty 34b and i am having 380s over to look a d/dd. Mr Traynor gave me the choice between 380 and 410 but he reccomended 380 as i dont have as much tissue on the top of my boobs from where they have dropped since pregnancy. So he said, if i go bigger then there is more chance of rippling and being able to see the implant etc. Plus, have the smaller ones will give me a bit more room to lose a bit more weight. I have already lost 2 stone and i still have about half a stone to go :). But everyone is different hun xx
