    Hi I went for my second consultation yesterday with Mr Fallahar he said I was borderline needing an uplift. I really don t want one so he suggested tear drop anatomical implants.. I m a 32/34 B now and he said to have 410/450 s. I want to be up there but not huge!! Any advice greatly received x

    Uplift i was the same hun im 6 days po and so glad i did depends if you want the fake look or not aswell xx

    So you went for the uplift?WHAT size were you to start with?how big did you go?I don t want to look really fake!but want them to look more up there thats for sure x
