410cc or 460cc overs…help im sooo confused! :(

Hey girls im new to this site and i really need some help!! i have just booked my surgery for the 2nd of feb and im so confused as to what size to choose. I have been offered 410 or 460cc and im hoping to achieve a D atleast! im currently a 34a/b 5’5 in height and wear size 8-10 in clothes. I dont want to look to fake but i have quite big legs and bum so im thinking i can handle a DD without looking to top heavy..if anyone has had the same size could you please give me your opinion!

hey hun I got same stats as you go for 460 unders it make you a dd but look full d cup I been reading I got offered the same who is ya surgeon

yeah im thinking 460 too as i tried them on and they looked nice and big! im having it done by Dr Meleagros at transform but iv been advised to have overs instead of unders..will that make much difference in size cause i dont mind measuring a E but i want to look a D/DD x

hiya i was a 34b and had 460 unders im now measuring a 36dd/36e and im really happy with my size, im bigger then you tho im 5’7 and a size 12 but i could easily had bigger cause ther not too big at all on my frame so would look really nice on you x
