410cc overs with Mr Traynor on 29th Sep – JessicaRabbit's story!

Hi Everyone,

In true MYA forum style I too will write up my little story of my adventure on the day. I’ll try not to make it too long winded but I know it does help for some pre-op girls to know what to expect.

I got up early to eat before my 6 hour deadline (5.30am) and watched the new episode of TOWIE – good choice for the day’s events ahead! Set off from Newcastle at 8am and dropped my doggy off with my good friend for his sleepover.

Arrived early at 11am so mooched around at my boyfriends hotel and got him a KFC! Checked in 12pm and shown to my room number 9. I got changed into the sexy gear and the nurses were all lovely. I did quite a bit of sitting around as I thought i’d be seen quite early but it wasn’t until 3.30pm – take something to do if you’re pre-op.

Anaesthetist came in around 1pm and explained the process and then had my blood pressure etc. taken. No blood tests or pregnancy tests as some others had mentioned. Mr Traynor came in around 3pm to draw on me and it hit me a bit then. He was like ‘what size are we doing, tell me again, and again, good girl, yes 410s will be fabulous’! Makes me chuckle. I told him I’d had a dream that I had to make my own incisions and he said ‘oh that’s how it works did I not tell you? what kind of knife do you want me to bring’? – i told him a nice sharp one please.

At 3.30pm as planned the nurse came in and walked me along to theatre. I laid down on the bed outside waiting for nikinoo83 to finish up before me. The nurse kept me talking and was telling me a lady last week had 1000cc’s! Holy hell! I was telling her why I was having the procedure done and that I hated the shape of my current ones and Mr T must have been listening and said ‘we’ll soon take care of that my lovely!’. Nikinoo83 came out and I could hear her recovering and coming round. It hit me then and I was taken in. I didn’t really realise but the anaesthatist had already put the tube in my hand and then the nurse said ‘right you’re away now’ and no sooner had I said ‘ooh it feels all cold in the back of my throat’ was I away. My eyes went like a fuzzy tv and i was out. What felt like seconds later I came round and was in recovery. To be honest I didn’t feel too druggy and was just chatting to the nurses. Christina the lovely nurse asked me straight away do you want a peek! I did of course and was dead happy to see my little teeny ones looking much better and bigger. Christina said ‘and that’s when you’re lying down, wait til you’re stood up’!

I was so chuffed. Got wheeled along to my room about 4.40pm and my boyfriend then waited on me giving me sips of water and talking to me about my experience. Mr T came in around 7pm to see how i was doing. Had some toast and then later on around 9pm I had some lasagne. Was a bit sick at that point but as soon as it came up I was fine and ate the rest. I had a lovely nurse called Nina looking after me all night popping in to see how I was doing and telling me to call her if I needed her.

Had a chat with nikibockerglory which was lovely to put a face to a name. She seemed to be recovering well and similar to me feeling ok but a bit stiff. I didn’t struggle to get up and brush my teeth and even sort my hair out a bit. I didn’t expect to be able to use my arms as much. Had some breakfast and went home about 9.45am

I have felt a bit worse since I got home but they told me to expect that with the anaesthetic wearing off. Mostly it’s a small price to pay for something I’ve wanted for so long. Anyone who might be worried about the procedure please don’t be, as it’s very manageable and you’ll be well looked after.

All in all, very happy with my 410s. Can’t wait to take this bra off and take some pics, daren’t do that just yet though. In a couple of days I’ll put my pics up so watch this space x x x

I got some antibiotics, co-codamol and diclofanic – all 3x a day for a week I think. I’ll ask for some more if I’m not better at my check up but am sure I will be by then. What about you? x

Yeah they have definitely taken the edge off. It’s just standing up they feel like they’re telling me ‘sit down again you stupid woman’! Ah neither can I, I can’t be bothered to take off the bra and feel actually quite bloated. Might let that go down first. I’ll put my pre-op ones up I think to begin with x

Thanks jalepino! Hi pinkbutterfly yes no problem at all. I was a 34B and not sure what size il be but I’m in a 36E while I’m swollen. I reckon il be a 34DD but can’t be sure yet, possibly bigger x

So glad you love your 410’s. They’re a great size, not too small, not too big. They’ll be sitting quite high, just wait till they settle, they’ll look even bigger!

Yup. I was only recommended 380cc but wanted 410. Glad I asked for them specifically.

Around 6 weeks take some pictures and compare them to your 1 week pics. Wait till you see the difference. Even have a look at mine?

Time has flown in post op, so before you know it they’ll be soft and supple

Yeah I really want to keep a little photo diary I’ve even kept my bracelet things to put in the book – I’m sad! Yours like fan bloody tastic! They just look really natural you must be over the moon. I really hope mine become like that. How long did it take for them to soften up would u say? Who did your surgery? X

I’ve only just took mine off, I’ve got used to being told what to do and nobody told me I could take it off x

Oh it takes time and lots of patience. You stare endlessly in the mirror for ages every day wondering when they’ll change. I’d say 4 weeks they started to drop a little. That was when I first got changes. 6 week mark is a noticeable difference. then after that on a weekly basis they change more and more.

At the beginning I couldn’t push my boobs together for a decent cleavage. They were so tight and close to my chest. Time and healing jessicarabbit, it won’t take too long

Jess, I had a 21st at 4 weeks. Trust me, you’ll be fine. Let your hair down, just don’t wave your arms around like a lunatic eh. Haha.

YES he had his football crocs on when he did me (did me meaning BA lol ) oh and the sexy green surgery clothes…… mmm I opended my sun visor today and his pic fell into my lap i got all excited x lol I’d def play dr’s and nurses with him x

Congrats hunnies!! Welcome to boobie world and happy healing!! Mine softened up around 3/4wks and moved closer to where my natural boob sat as well, but everyone is different! Keep up with the painkillers and rest. Listen to what your body is telling you and don’t over do it! xx

Aw thanks newkaren yeah I’m already trying not to do too much and every time I move my boyfriend is asking me what I’m doing and telling me to sit down! Yep that suit looked expensive. He had a mulberry holdall as well last time I saw him in Newcastle. He did ten operations yesterday he will be seriously loaded x
